I ordered shoes on July 21st 2015. To-day is August 12th & I have not received them. They were quick to charge my credit card the next day. Had to call customer service four times. The first two customer service reps never got back to me; third one sent me an email explaining the problem and offered an additional discount. I replied to her email, but never got an answer. I telephoned for the fourth time on August 11th. The rep offered the same discount and said the order would arrive in about one week.

Utter disappointment

I purchased keen sandals for my son middle of April or May of last year. They came in and did not fit so we followed the steps and mailed them back with all of the information that was given to us including the address we were to mail it too. After many months and lots of correspondence I still have no refund and NO SHOES. I have emails where they state I would be given a refund after months of hearing that they have not received the shoes back. Right after the email I was sent stating I would FINALLY get a refund, I was then sent another email saying I would have to contact the courier myself and figure it out. After many years of supporting this company the thanks I got was a great big old screw you and they got $90 of my money and their product back. Shame on you DSW for giving people the run around instead of honoring your end of the deal by refunding me my money so I could buy my son some good shoes. As I said, I have an email stating I would get the refund and then your company backed out right after instead of doing the right thing. Beware of ordering anything from this company. God forbid you have to mail it back to them.

So, I ordered a pair of Timbaland 6" boots off shoeme.ca on November 27,2014. I was patiently awaiting a shipping confirmation that never arrived. I first emailed for further information regarding my order on December 1,2014. I received a reply on December 2,2014 stating that I "can expect it to arrive on or before Dec 12th". Saturday Dec 13 arrived and still nothing, no shipping confirmation or product. I emailed back on December 9 to no reply, so I called Tuesday December 16th. I was told my product was on site and being prepared for shipping and to expect a shipping confirmation email in the next 24-48 hours. Nothing arrived. Today is December 22,2014. I called back to check on the status, I was kindly informed that there is no information on my order, they do not have my product and that they are unaware of the status. I was promised an update by the end of today. Regardless, I am going to cancel my order. This whole experience speaks for itself and it's absolutely unacceptable.

Stay away from this site
November 20, 2015

I purchased a pair off shoes at the end of October, received the shoes ok but ever since I keep receiving these e-mail from shoeme, pop ups.
The hoes are china quality it says it all CHINA cheap!

I have been a customer of Shoeme for close to 2 years now and in that period of time have ordered, exchanged, returned and kept numerous pairs of shoes. There is NEVER any problem returning an item that is unsatisfactory for an reason and even return shipping is free. They carry enough shoe brands that everyone should be able to find something that works for them. Customer service is awesome - the girls I have spoken with are always polite and go the extra mile to be helpful. Keep up the good work Shoeme and I'll be a faithful customer!

I ordered a pair of Palladium brand booties for a great price, $20 cheaper than any store I saw them in here in Calgary. Plus free shipping! I was happily surprised when they arrived in less than a week. Will shop on this site again!

Ordered a few pairs of shoes from here. No issues whatsoever. Delivery times are reasonable, shipping is free and if there will be delays, they let you know. Keep you very well informed and customer service is friendly and accomodating. My fiancee ordered a pair of shoes and we had our first issue where the color looked nothing like the image online. Called customer service, they handled it very well and paid for the shipping of the shoes back to them for a full refund. This is how every business should operate, will definitely continue ordering from this company!

I didn't read the mixed reviews until after ordering my shoes and was worried I'd have similar problems. Luckily I got great quality shoes at a good price. Shipping was also great, I ordered them on a Monday and received them that Thursday.

I am a shoe lover, so I bought many shoes from them. They have a lot to choose from, and no sizes are usually sold out. A bit pricey, but they do have a lot of discounts, and quality leather shoes. They are pretty fast at shipping (within 48 hours, unless they have to order them from the US), and they arrive within a week. The shoes are true to size. Customer service is very helpful.

I will order again. I ordered 3 pairs and all3 came at different times one pair a week for 3 weeks. I always recieved a email stating tht part of my order has been shipped. They pay shipping so I did not mind. Love the shoes and service

Good service

No problem with me, the good sandals were delivered in 8 days. They were the exact same model (Pikolinos Tariffa Fischerman) that the ones I love and bought in Positano in Italy 2 years ago. Fit perfectly, different color, 41 M. Otherwise, I would have prefered to try the shoes before buing them in internet.

Worst experience

I ordered a pair of tall boots that didn't fit properly. Of course, before buying, I read the return terms and was satisfied... They sounded accommodating and I felt confident that there would be no issues. When I attempted to drop off the return at the courier outlet, the address I was directed to ended up being a town house in a residential neighbourhood. When I called later that day to figure out where I went wrong, I was told that the address information was accurate... With no suggestion of how to actually return the boots. I started emailing their support and received some auto replies that they'd get back to me... And no one ever did. When I tried to use my log-in credentials, which I had several times before, no such account existed. My account had been cancelled. A few months later, I got a "welcome to shoe me.ca!" message out of the blue. It made me wonder how many others they'd done this to. Ended up giving the boots to my sister in law... At least it wasn't a complete waste. Please don't buy anything from this site.

Great experience!

Placed an order for two pairs of Blundstone boots being on sale and plus 40% off. The boots were shipped from a Mississauga warehouse to 200 km away from Toronto, so received them the next day I think. The sizing was a bit off so gave them a call for an exchange, was provided a shipping info and the exchange order had been shipped off even before they received the original order. So, I got the exchange the next day, two pair of boots, $ 240 something. The sizing was not right either as I am perhaps in between 10 and 10.5, so I call again and return the second order, no questions asked.
The refund though didn't happen for about 2 weeks, so I called them and was told that it would be issued right away, and sure enough in about a couple of minutes I got a confirmation email.
And a day prior to the call (yesterday), I placed an order for a pair of Redwing chukkas being on sale for $197 after tax. With the US mighty dollar going up you can't beat the price, and best of all just received an email that the order had been shipped.

Bottom line: great experience! Five stars!

I have only had one experience with Shoe Me and I wont be back. Terrible Customer service! Ordered a pair of shoes at a great discount for my son for Christmas on Nov 27 2014. Almost 3 weeks later, i had nothing. I e mailed them. NOTHING. I finally called them and they said. Oh we e mailed you the next day. Well I did not receive an e mail, and yes I checked my spam box. I run a business and if I had not heard back with in a day or so, i would try again. Funny that I got the initial confirmation of the order. Anyways, they said i would have the money back on my card within a few days and would offer me 15% off another pair of shoe. Thats crap compared to the discount i had originally but they stuck to their guns. I went to Shoe Company and got a pair. Just like to let everyone know that their facebook page only shows positive comments... they erase your truthful comment and make it so that you cannot comment. They did this to me as well as some friends. BEWARE of this company and pass the word. I am continuing to spread the word Kristy
