Their customer service people always keep my phone on hold. I am sick of it. When they are on call, they have no updates on deliveries of my furniture, only standard answers! Don't buy from them if you want quick deliveries.
Did you find some good furniture here and paid for it? Good, now you can forget about the delivery. They don't deliver the furniture to you on time. You keep waiting, keep calling them, and then wake up again and repeat the process. It's ANNOYING!
Bought a product from this company. When the product arrived, I was shocked to realize that it was damaged on the edge and I spoke to them about returning it. My other product arrived late and I was shocked because I had expected that since I had already had a bad experience they would make it up to me.
