I bought phone eraser which didn't work for my phone because of broken screen, requested a refound the same day and didn't get it, but okay i should try it before buying it. I also bought data recovery program, when i downloaded the files all the images were corupted and I was unable to open it, again of course no refound. So point of the story DON'T RISK BUYING IT in very likely scenarion something goes wrong you won't get your money back.
It works like charm, after I successfully paid for the software package for whatsapp transfer from Wondershare official website
My iPhone XS ended up doing a reboot loop and after many YouTube videos, internet searches I was told about this website by family. I was wary about purchasing but I really didn't want to lose my images, I paid anyways. The software unfortunately didn't work for my issue and just kept failing. I did the online chat with customer service and requested for a refund due to the software not working for myself. They customer service advisor was very understanding and requested for proof. Which I did and they processed my refund straight away. If this worked it would be so worth it. I will use it again if I ever need too. However for my issue at the time it didn't work. Thanks again for the service I received and for providing a full refund. Hassle free.
You need to make sure you back up as much as possible if transferring from Android to iPhone. Dr Fone's App is supposed to transfer complete Chat history and images.
It most definitely does not work and actually lost my back up by overwriting it in transfer process.
After several emails they did refund me but it was little compensation for losing my Chat History.
Their other Apps may work but this one definitely does not when it comes to tarnsferring from a Samsung Galaxy S7 to iPhone 12
This Dr. fone product does not work for me
This product does not work for me. I spent 3 hours today and 2 house yesterday trying to get Dr. fone on Galaxy S10e. They will not give me my money back. Shame on them.
This software does exactly what It says. It is a nother great software made by wondershare. All of their software work great and I love them. I have never wasted a penny because of them. I used ot to take care of my phone and I successfuly managed to fix it.
I used the software to moigrate from android to iphone and it worked perfectly. I did not want to waste time miving this one by one from my android ot my iphone. This software is best for what it does. I certainly did not waste my money when I bought it. Keep up the good work wondershare.
I tried using this software to fix my phone but it ever worked. I was so dissapointed because I had pad for it. You should therefore note that this software cannot fix all phones. There ere are also some things that it cannot handle. Before you buy it you should be sure first.
I had to transfer my whatsapp's backup from Android to iOS, and dr. fone did it perfectly well, fast and in an easy way!

Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix my phone, but I am so appreciative of them for not giving me a hard time in refunding me my money. They also provided troubleshoot at first to help me but of course I already tried everything. Received my refund in a very timely manner (thankfully as now I need to buy a new phone). IM sure the program will work for other phone problems but not for mine. If I ever run into problems again, I'll try this program first.

It took me around 25 hours to figure out how to move my WhatsApp Media from Android to iOS but couldn't really come up with a solution. And then I came up with Dr. Fone and the job is DONE.!
