I'm an exclusive contributor since 7 years, I really think it's valid agency with a huge distribution.
Love all the images. Always have a hard time deciding which to choose. Price is very reasonable too.
After 8 years working in Dreamstime I have learned about photography Microstock market.
Good company to work with.
No complaints at all
I am exclusive with Dreamstime as a contributor. I have no complaints whatsoever. Good company to deal with.
A very good side. You guys are grea and super. With dreamstime cooperates for several years and i can't say anything bad about this page and its employees.
It is implemented a stupid algorithm, if you upload some images in that month you will have some buyers, if not upload you will have zero buyers.
P.S. And so on... It is known that Romania is at the helm...
I've used Dreamstime for a couple of years. They have decent prices and a great variety of images. I've switched to their subscriptions lately. They're cheaper than credits.
I purchased a block of $34.99 photos and then they automatically have been taking $25.00/month thru Paypal. Deceptive business practices.
Dreamtime Worst company I have ever dealt with literally stealing money from my account by the hour. They took the actual 14.99 which I purchased and proceeded to take another 75.00 dollars in 6 hours based on their automatic annual subscription which I thought was one monthly cancel at anytime. I was able to stop their theft by manipulating my accounts. I have only used their images 1 time and will never use them again. I WARN everyone they are atrocious thieves. Everyone is right they are SCAMMERS!
The package I signed up for was AED19 and they charged me AED96! I can not delete my account and no support what so ever. Now I have to change my credit card in order to stop them from charging me again and update my new card with another 100 apps that I'm using! Painless!
I thought I was signing up for a monthly membership... only needed one month. I guess I didn't realize this at the time of signing up I was getting a year. Then the next month when I see a $25.00 charge come across my cc. Now they say, I signed up for a full year. I pleaded with customer service... what a joke! Really what ever happened to customer service!
Do not even deal with these people.
I unknowingly signed up for a subscription about 18 months ago when I was updating our company website. I used my boss' credit card so I was unaware of the ongoing charges. We recently conducted an audit and the Dreamstime charges were brought to my attention. We never even used a single photo of theirs and I was told they would only go back 6 months to credit back the charges.
This is a total scam and deceptive. I don't know how they are still in business!
I wasn't aware that Dreamstime was charging me fees, until I received an email notification from my PayPal account this morning! I reported it to PayPal and changed my password.
I bought a promo package from this scammers and they have charged my account for four consecutive months! |At some point when i called the first; lady was rude to me. The other lady i spoke to few days later told me to scan my bank statements and send to her! She never believed me! These guys are scammers! Run away! Never give you bank details!
Absolutely horrible experience with this service. Thought I was getting a monthly subscription with a $. 05 first month trial with ability to cancel at any time. LIES! It was actually a yearly subscription that they will not allow me to cancel. I called and spoke with the customer service person and she would not even work out a cancellation fee.
I cannot afford to pay the monthly fee for 9 more months. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they will help. Stay away from Dreamstime, you can get a better deal and better images at iStockphoto.com
Price is much too high, and only for the quality of ther photos... You can better look somewere else.
I'm off work awaiting surgery and trying to survive on my Wifes pay who rip her off as well. These people should be ashamed of themselves. We couldn't woek for any business who conducts themselves in this manner.
Cancelled my card and now will probably not purchase anything again on the (safe) NET.
OMG had to choose a rating as 0 is not there. So they get a ONE minus ONE.
This company has fraudulent technics in the way they sell their pictures. They stole 23 dollars from me in a so called 0,05$ plan for 5 pictures. They send you a fake invoice but not deducted the money... Even the invoice labeling does not reflect what you have signed for. Is this normal?... but use your credit card detail to deducted you a monthly plan. Be aware! I have contacted BBB service and the other services and nothing has been done. I was not reimbursed!

The website pricing is VERY misleading. You'd think if a photo was Extra Small, it would make sense that it would cost 1 'credit'. Then the next size up, "Small" would cost 2 'credits, right? Wrong.
Some of the photos, Extra Small (hence unusable for anything other than a thumbnail), start at 11 credits! That's $11/ for a thumbnail size photo.
Very disappointing. Also, avoid the subscriptions, as they'll bill you for a year at a time, not the appealing monthly payment they indicate.
