Is another warning needed? Yes it is - do not order anything from these rascals! My daughter's dress was oversized enough to fit me, her father. We sent the pictures they asked for, and a professional tailor affirmed the errors. Dreamprom suggested us to try and resell the dress or give it away to a friend!
It was very easy to order the most beautiful dress and get it to our house on time. For my daughters homecoming dance even though we ordered it late. I was also able to email real people not just an automated response. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
We ordered a blue prom dress for our daughter and paid by credit card... when it arrived it was the wrong color (orange) and at least a foot too long... the refuse to let us send it back or get a refund on our credit card... we have exchanged several emails with them and i even emailed them the confirmation email they sent us showing that we ordered a blue one and they still refuse to make it right for us... stay away from this website as they do not practice satisfying the customer
I sure wish I would have read the reviews before ordering my dress. This website is fake! Do not order from here! I bought a $220.00 prom dress that looks nothing like the picture. The people that live in China will not give me my money back so now im stuck with this dress. I'm telling you do NOT order from them. Now I have to go buy a entire new dress and I am out $220.00. The chinese lady was laughing on the phone they know what they are doing and i repeat DO NOT buy anything from dreamprom.com it is FAKE! They have pictures of other peoples dresses on their website thats why the dress does not look the same.
I have had the worst experience with this company. My dress came and i broke down in tears. It is the ugliest dress i have ever seen. They refuse to take it back even after multiple email conversations, picture proof, and a demanding and hard headed customer. I will NEVER buy from this website again and i hope no one ever does. My dress is horrible and i most likely won't be able to return it or get my money back. $163 down the drain. My prom is now ruined.
I ordered from this company against my better judgment. I have tried to contact them by phone, email, and live chat with no success. I received one email in regard to my dispute that was fairly well written with correct punctuation. The other emails were written in broken English with no punctuation and many spelling errors. Their replies didn't even address my dispute at all. The live chat was a waste of time and the representative wrote that someone would email me in a few hours. I have yet to receive any other correspondence. I have one cheaply made, gaudy dress that looks nothing like the photograph on the website and I will never receive my money back. Do not do business with this company.
We ordered a prom dress. Looked beautiful online. First of all it took about 1 month to arrive, not realizing this place is located in a different country. When the dress finally arrived, it was horrible, looked nothing like pictured, very disappointed. I have been emailing them back & forth for weeks now & they keep saying it's not a critical issue & offered me a $20 refund. Are you kidding me? We paid $175 plus $20 shipping fees. Still emailing back and forth & getting same response. We ended up going to Macy's for a prom dress. I hope all of you reading this will think twice about ordering from this company. Going to contact my bank to try & get my money back. HORRIBLE DRESS & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Dress was not as pictured at all. It has a additional crease/ruffle line. Color ordered was black received silver. Also was 4 inches to big for the measurements. Awaiting to hear if refund will be given for return. If not will be contacting attorney and whoever I need to in China to get them in trouble along with my bank to dispute the charge.
I bought a wedding dress from dreamprom.com. They charged me twice. I did get the second charge back with a fee. The dress came a month later. It can't even be worn it's sewed so badly. They will NOT give you your money back no matter what. Do NOT shop from this site.
Horrible Experience! I will never order from them again and I will suggest to everyone I talk to, to do the same! Ordered in plenty of time, paid extra to have it shipped early and never got the dress. Received an email the day before prom letting me know they were unable to complete the dress. Now I'm just trying to get my money refunded :(
Do not order from this site. We just received my daughter's prom dress. It could not look any uglier. NOTHING like the photo and it is VERY POOR QUALITY. Plastic snaps, cheap fabric, the color is WAY off, and although we sent in her exact measurements, it does not fit. I can not stress enough how cheaply this dress is made. Do not be fooled by the website. Be sure and read the return policy. Stay far, far away from Dreamprom.com. It is more like a nightmare!
I need to tell everyone about my experience with this website! I found the most beautiful dress on this website that I wanted for my senior prom, I ordered it and then shortly after completing my order I started reading the reviews. The reviews for this website were all pretty terrible and scared me, so I attempted to cancel my dress order but it was too late. My dress arrived at my house before it was even supposed to, and it was AMAZING. It was beautifully made and it also fit me perfectly, I honestly could not believe how perfect this dress was when the website has such awful reviews. They have Great service, fabulous quality and fast shipping. I'm so sorry to all of the people that had bad experiences but I just felt the need to share my good experience.

Like other brides I really want to buy this dress, it is the first one on my favorite list! But I am unsure of the texture, is the fabric too hard? And the lace is it really old fashioned? My wedding will be at an exclusive beach resort, indoors most of the time, with a ceremony outdoors, and do not want the dress to clash with the place ( too thick or old style), thanks for your insights..
Please don't order from this site. They sent the wrong dress, and indicated to me it was close enough. They are not willing to refund my money and basically told me to take it as a lost. I'm glad I paid with my credit card.! At least I'll have my money... but I really wanted that dress.
We had a terrible experience with this site. Ill fitting dress, poor manufacturing and still didn't get a refund. But we won't let it go. In the end we got lucky a friend knows the owner of the website dazzlebride.com. We were able to buy it there and the dress was 100 times better then on dreamprom.
Received the dress the day before the event although I had paid extra for rush shipping. The beading was falling off and loose threads everywhere. The worse thing though was the smell... it smelt like a dead fish had been shipped with it. Emails and photos sent later - no refund and have been blocked from live chat.
I wish I have red all review before place an order in DreamProm! Worst experience I have ever had! The dress came in the wrong size, wrong color and was very poor quality! The company tried to fault me for the wrong measurements and they didn't want to take it back, they also didn't cover 100% of the alternations, just third part of the price. I am so disappointed, I couldn't ever wear this dress, I wound up buying a new one in a shop (the same price with 0 stress!).

I order my daughter prom dress on Feb. 10 just was delivered today March 5. I was soo happy with the dress she is going to look so pretty Dream prom did a good job was a little scary about all the bad reviews I also had seen good ones too so I took a chance. I placed a order with I dream prom.com and paid for guaranteed delivery by 5/13/14 and when i checked their website it was still showing as "in processing". I did not receive the dress until the following week. It arrived in a small bag and I could not believe that they packaged it so horribly. Well the dress is light gold in color and we found blue marker stains all over it! The sequins were falling all off the dress and the lace at the bottom was torn and looks like horrible. I have been emailing pictures etc and going back and forth for over 2 weeks to get a refund. Idreamprom has refused to refund my money and has told me they will send me a bag of sequins and that I should take the dress to the cleaners and a tailor to have fixed! Totally unacceptable so buyers beware.
