Not sure about the quality as I'm sure it's great however I have been waiting to receive these for a month and a half. Still nothing. As well as no reply to my email from a week ago.
Had an issue with an order i had placed so i emailed them to sort it out and one of the sweetest staff members assisted me through the process and made sure that i got a refund straight away AND ALSO GAVE ME A COUPON CODE!
Same story with my order as other customers have... Placed my order more than a month ago, still no parcel, no response from customer service. Shocking.

Only half my order was delivered when they sent confirmation all items had been shipped. Contacted them (which you can only do by email) and they sent me a consignment number to follow up with the courier where my other half of the order is at. Courier had no idea what I was talking about and had no more items for delivery. So again emailed doyoueven and then got a response they had sold out so in fact had refunded my money. Upon checking if money had been refunded of course it hadn't (well definitely not to my account). So here we go again... emailing them to ask where the refund is otherwise I will launch an investigation. Really? You sent me a confirmation that my items were ALL shipped now you're saying they weren't due to sell out and you refunded me? Don't say the shipping email is an automated email as it came two days after my order was placed. Now to wait another 24 hours for a response on where my refund is at that you said had happened (which hasn't). Should have known to never trust a company without a customer service contact number. Get with the times doyoueven you are far behind other online competitors with no live chat or customer service number.

Unfortunately, there was an error where an unaccounted for item, within our Shopify system, was fulfilled (item oversold). This is an extremely rare occurrence, but can happen in instances where an item has been miscounted, unaccounted for, or mislabeled within our boxing/shelving. We try our very best to make sure our back end is as up to date as possible, with the products remaining.
In regards to your refund, your order was placed via Afterpays service. We've manually gone into the back end and authorised a complete refund for the item that's been oversold. Please let our contact team know once it has been received so that we have peace of mind that everything has been processed.

I'm usually hesitant buying things online from a site I haven't shopped before. Doyoueven is awesome, really quick delivery and high quality gym gear. Will definitely be coming back
I have scrolled through all of the reviews and most of the shipping problems seem to have been for people in Europe or Canada. I live in the US and I have had no problems. My boyfriend orders two leggings for me every birthday and Christmas and no complaints on the delivery side. Having said that, if you are having issues with delivery, why are you waiting 40 days or so before you contact with inquiries or complaints? If it is not there in a week or so, why aren't you emailing or calling them so that they can resolve it quicker? They don't know if you got it or not, so let them know instead of waiting two months until you are a pissed Pete and then write a bad review instead of handling it like an adult. Take some responsibility.
As far as the leggings go, they are $#*!ing awesome. I am a serious female lifter and they are sexy and functional. You look badass in them, they fit great, and people recognize the brand (at least in my area.) I see another girl in the gym wearing them too, and she's prepping for a competition. So it's not just a brand for snowflakes.
And for the people that are saying there is no way to contact them, I can't say from personal experience because I haven't had to contact them, but other people have obviously talked to them and had their issues resolved. So get on your stupid smart phone and find the email or phone number you lazy $#*!.
I go to the gym at least 4 times a week, and I do yoga at least twice a week, so I'm pretty picky about my leggings. And DYE has the best leggings I have ever owned. They're extemely comfortable, and they don't ride down at all throughout the day or during exercise. They're definitely quality leggings, and you can tell that they take pride in their work.
I was also recently in a scooter accident; I was hit by a car, thrown up onto the windshield, and rolled off the car onto the road. (Luckily, I was wearing a helmet) I was wearing a pair of the Jungle leggings from DYE. I looked down at my legs, and there were a couple of scrapes, but nothing too bad. After I was picked up by the paramedics, they found a huge gash on my knee that I had to get 8 stitches for. But they had to cut my leggings to find it. My leggings were UNSCATHED where I had this gash. Where I had cuts and bruises, I think I could've had much worse lacerations if I were wearing a different type of leggings or shorts. I'm really thankful for them.
THEN I emailed to tell them how thankful I was that they make such quality products, and they told me they were happy to send me a new pair since mine were ruined! These guys are amazing. I love them. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
It's ridiculous that I've ordered my clothes 23 buisness days ago and I've contacted their support message group about 8 times and still have no answer still waiting on my clothes or an imideate refund... WARNING THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT RESPOND ON THEIR MESSAGE SUPPORT never ordering from here again this is ridiculous..

I contacted the DYE customer services team regarding an issue I had with a pair of leggings I had just purchased, which had broken within 24 hours of having them, I was impressed with the initial first impressions of the leggings however, I was disappointed when they had broke. I was in contact with the customer services manager Milly who dealt with my issue, she responded incredibly promptly which I was surprised about as I am from the UK and the brand is based in Australia. Milly was very consistent with replying to my emails and to help assist me with my problem. I was impressed with the high level of customer service I received from her and her dersire to help resolve my problem. She helped turn a slightly negative feel of the brand to a very positive experience which has reassured me that I will definitely be a returning customer. Please may you give her recognition for this as I think she is an asset to your team, it's not often you find people willing to go above and beyond to make the customer feel 100% satisfied.
I've orderd a gym bag at DYE unfortunatly it came in with a broken zipper. I contacted the're customer support wich replies within 24 hours during workdays and within 3 days i explained my problem they provided a more than resonable solution and sent me a brand new gym bar.
Because i come from holland and their company is based in Australia this is a big deal to me for the fact i cannot simply return items easely without making a big cost for it.
Fast response and very helpfull.
