Recently i purchased my 3rd tights from DYE and i am so happy with the quality, great fit and materials, really form-hugging and comfortable too! Shipping takes a while especially if you use free option but its really worth the wait. Thanks a lot!

Edit: my first experience was also very great, especially customer-services wise! I ordered two leggings back then which unfortunately got lost in the mail and they kindly sent the tights again for free and they safely arrived the 2nd time.

Best Customer Service

Order a couple jacket form them. Got them in like 5 days (free shipping), one jacket came in faulty, one sleeve was stitched terribly couldn't even put my arm through. Emailed them, got a response the next day with an apology and they sent me a new item with express shipping free of charge. They even let me keep the faulty product which I can fix easily with a tailor!

I order clothes from here been 3 weeks still haven't got them and then I get a 40$ dutie charge would definitely not order again also there customer service sucks they take forever to respond and when they do they aren't very helpful

We appreciate your feedback.

As stated in our Policies, any customs fees or duties applied to your parcel when out for delivery are charged by your Local customs - which is imposed by your Country. This is something that is unfortunately out of Doyoueven's control and we cannot tell you whether or not your Country will decide you add an additional charge on your package.

Our Policies also state that in order to receive your order, these duties will need to be paid in order for the couriers to complete the delivery of your order. By placing an order with our store, it means you have read and understood the conditions in which your order will be shipped. If you no longer wish to receive your goods, simply refuse the parcel, have it returned to sender, and once received, we will issue you a refund for your items.

We hope this helps to clarify and look forward to any future orders you may place with us.

I ordered from germany and will never do it again... If i Changed i would have to wait for about 4 months for the new item, which i in fact dont want... I dont like no-refund-onlinestore politics anyway, my mistake that i was not aware of that when ordering...
Now i need to try to sell it in germany for a lower price im the end.

I have ordered from doyoueven multiple times. It is a 50/50, as in 50% of the time everything is perfect and comfortable and then another 50% there seems to be something wrong- (faulty, sold out, uncomfortable) but over all they had good customers service with the emails, very sympathic and caring about any issues.
The leggings are very comfortable and last for ages! I have gotten a few things for my partner as well and they seem to fit very well and no problems with sizing.
I still am a fan of doyouevens clothing and I will still keep buying from there :)

Accidentally ordered the wrong size twice and the DYE team refunded me quickly as soon as they received the returned gear.
The quality of their gym clothes is excellent, conformable, and gear value for money.

First purchase was good. I got the seamless sent DHL express (+$20) that arrived 4 days later.
Positive- liked the compression of the seamless impact set
Negative- Almost $50 duties for a $113 purchase (Canadian dollars)

Second purchase I chose free shipping because of the +$20 express shipping +$50 duties. Ordered May 17, shipped May 20. June 24- still hasn't arrived. I fb messaged twice, emailed, left a message on live chat, IG DM'd and did not get a response until I publicly commented on an IG post. Finally was able to talk to somebody in customer service who said that I had to wait 40 BUSINESS DAYS before they'll do any further action. As of today, they haven't responded to my email sent 3 days ago.

I wanted to have a positive experience with DYE since I liked the seamless set, but am very disappointed with how they've dealt with my second order. The hassle of the wait and duties charge has not been worth it.

However, I believe we replied to your last email on the 25th of June and have the last correspondence with you.

Our Instagram is merely an advertising platform, all our Customer Service is done via email.

We're so sorry to see that you were charged with hefty custom fees, however, this is something that is out of our control and is stated in our policies.
This is subject to your Government and taxes at the time of purchase.

We often find that Canadian orders can get stuck in customs and due to the untracked method of shipping you selected, we're unable to trace this order.
However, we've assured you that we'll send out a secondary parcel, free of charge if you do not receive your parcel.

This is our standard procedure when customers select the uninsured, untracked method as this order can still arrive to you:)

I read a lot of mixed reviews but decided to take the risk and give this company a go anyway. So happy I did.
I am going to reflect some things that I found other reviews were negative on.
1 - shipping - perhaps a lot of these people don't realise the company is in Australia (the opposite side of the world). I received my item 2 business days after making my purchase.
2 - sizing - I am yet to find an accessed business or even clothes in big brand stores that are ACTUALLY true to size. They almost always run a size larger. So I ordered a size larger and the sizing is absolutely PERFECT.
3 - quality - nice and thick, feels beautiful, looks beautiful. Did not feel sweaty legs after a 6km run at all. Absolutely did what they advertised the leggings as doing
I am so fricken happy with these leggings and I will be buying more right now!

Do You Even deliver!?

It's been 5months, 10 emails trying to get information or a refund on my purchase and NOTHING. No order, no refund, no answer! This company is BS, don't waste your money. There are companies out there with better service and from what I read in reviews, better quality. Don't get scammed!

I have placed my 2nd order with DYE as I really liked the graphics and cuts of their apparel. Living in Dubai the shipping can be a bit trick but Niki went the extra mile and I have received by order within a week. Will surely shop again!

Awesome experience

Ordered 2 tanks and was very impressed by the quality of the fabric. One of the items had a tear in it and I emailed them to return the item. The response was within an hour and they told me to keep the item and that they had already shipped a replacement to me no cost. Wow! I've shopped a lot of different fitness clothing brands and their quality is just as good as the most expensive but their pricing and customer service has made a loyal customer out of me.

Not worth the wait.

I ordered the vantage men's joggers in arctic camo. It took about 5 weeks to get the pants. The wait would of been ok if the pants were of good quality. The quality was off in the cut having the center seam of the seat about 1.5 inches to the right and after only wearing twice the seam at the top of the seat running across the top of the seat came u done. The stitches came out during wear and thank God my wife was there to point out my butt hanging out. Contacted DYE and never got a response. Also not paying return shipping on defective product.

Worldwide Shipping - NOT

On their webpage they say they ship "Worldwide" buyer beware. This is not the case. My daughter who lives in Guernsey wanted to buy some leggings. The deal was if she bought 2 of them they would ship "FREE WORLDWIDE". The excuse they gave for not shipping to Guernsey was "Australia Post E-Parcel doesn't deliver to Guernsey"
If you can't delivery everywhere in the world... simply... don't claim that you can.

We do indeed ship world-wide, including Guernsey (located within the UK).

However, due to the mishap in how you input your address, the Australia Post eParcel system was not able to identify the correct shipping address:)

Needless to say, we've seen that your daughter is extremely happy with the products that she received, and even had a feature on our Instagram page@doyoueven:)

We also noticed she placed a secondary order shortly after this one!

I have never waited so long for clothes.
I ordered and payed for 4 items: 2 sweaters 1 stringer and 1 pants. I waited for 2 months and finally when I got the shipment I saw they forget the pants and they dont even answer my emails. Just sad...

TERRIBLE service!

I wanted to send a pair of pants as a christmas present- shipment has been on it's way since November 25th... it is now January 15th. Lol. I have emailed several times with no response whatsoever. For such an expensive and highly demanded product, i expected something worthwhile with DOYOUEVEN but now i will never think of ordering from them again IF i even get my first order! Lousy service. About to unfollow on instagram.

I made my first purchased of Do You Even products when they were on sale for black friday. I like the products and since I recommended to some friends one of them gave me a $75 gift card for the store for my bday. I waited 2 weeks to see if the Excel line crop tops were going to be replaced (I wanted to buy matching sets) but they weren't so used my gift card plus spent some extra money by Christmas time. It's been 21 days since I ordered and nothing yet. I emailed then and apparently I'm still on normal wait time for standard internation shipping and plus my stuff can be stopped a Custom's and get import duties. So considering all the non-restocking and hustle with shipping I don't recommend buying from them. Products are good but not special enough for all this process.

Team of absolute legends

I recently purchased a top from these guys which I had to return due to ordering the wrong size. Not only did they not mind recieving the top a little later than allowed they also kept in constant contact with me being as helpful as possible with any queries I had. Eventually we realised the courier service had messed up big time but without hesitation or even being asked to, these guys went ahead and sent me a new top in the size I wanted and sent it via express to make sure I got is as soon as possible. There isnt many companies I can say would go out their way like this for customers these days and thats why they get full marks from me, an extremely satisfied customer! Keep doing what you're doing DYETeam and thanks once again!

I ordered a pair of gym shorts on March 9th, and they arrived yesterday. I figured it would take a while for it to be delivered due to being on the opposite side of the planet, so I was patient. 2 weeks pass, and I don't receive a shipment notification. I go to my order and use the tracking number provided. An error message popped up saying "Sorry, [tracking number] not trackable". I've never had an issue like this with tracking an online order, so I figured the website must've been down. I try this every other day until I received my order, and the same error message persisted. I tried contacting the website, but it wasn't until I contacted them the 2nd time that I received a response, and an automated one at that.

TLDR: My order took nearly a month to arrive, and I had no idea if it was even processing due to tracking being constantly down and the lack of response from the associates. The shorts fit me well, and they're comfortable. I just don't think they're worth the hassle.

Nothing but Terrific

This was my first time ordering from Do You Even. The package came within 8 business days of ordering (which is unheard if when you live in a rural Australia, so was delightlfully surprised by how quick this was). I recieved all the correct items in their correct sizes, but to my horror they didnt fit! - my fault for not having red their size chart thoroughly. I emailed Do You Even and they were very happy to have the items returned and to issue store credit for me to repurchase the items in sizes that would suit me. This lengthy (but worth it) process became a series of emails between myself and Jennie, the customer service manager, who promptly responded to all of my emails each time - she was fantastic and handled my situation smoothly and patiently. Could not have requested for any better online customer service.
Shout outs to you, Jennie!
