This was during my black friday sales and I realised on my very last order that I could've applied my student beans code. I wrote in via the live chat and Jess helped me with processing a 10% refund for ALL my orders as well as my friends' (with the apt student proof of course). I am so thankful for her help and she did it so quickly I absolutely had to leave a good feedback here for her.

I'll definitely be returning back to DYE if service is always this good! Thank you so much

Poor quality

I purchased a pair of seamless shorts and the label was already coming off when I first tried them on. I tried to get a replacement pair but they couldn't get me one. Now they are refunding me only part of the pants not even the full amount!. Worst experience ever, I know I won't be buying from here again. I was a first and last time buyer. I haven't had any issue with other brands like elite eleven I would much rather prefer to purchase now.

I am a customer from Hong Kong and bought a pair of leggings from them as I thought they looked cute on the photo.
As a oversea customer, I has to pay shipping cost and finally received my legging with obvious mark on it.

Reported to the customer service team and asked for a full refund, as I don't think any customer would like to receive a brand new legging with mark on it.
And it seem to me they completely did not inspect the good completely.

Got a replied from them, said that they don't think my legging is faulty, as the legging still wearable, still hold it purpose and they cannot see there is any damage on the legging.
And offered me a 15% off refund on this legging only.

It was a disappointing experience and customer service does not seem to helpful.
As a customer I wish to receive a goods that without any faulty and mark, that is the basic requirement.
And if Doyoueven team think that marked item is still sellable and wearable, then I won't be shopping there again.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing!
I accidentally got the wrong size and when i sent an email if they could swap the sizing, they replied really soon and was super kind about it all!
Got my package in 2 days!
Defiantly buying more when they release new things!

Firstly, I got my size wrong and emailed to see if I could change and thankfully I had a rapid reply and they corrected my order for me! 5 stars for that. Dispatched the next day too.
However, after paying £11 delivery I had an update from DHL to say I had more custom fees to pay before shipment could continue- £69! Which I cannot afford to pay. World wide shipping should not be an option if this is the case. Who on earth wants to pay £80 in total for delivery for 3 pairs of leggings. Very disappointed and now I feel stressed having to deal with sorting it out myself as DYE are not responsible for anything to do with customs. There should be more of an awareness raised about the amount customs can be, I was mind blown tbh!

I got a mens hoodie in a large that came with an ape index of about a 6'4" wing span. That alone would've been fine, except after writing to figure out a return and exchange (the size needed wasn't in stock) our message was ignored by DYE for 2-3 weeks. Once they did respond they were entirely unhelpful as to our options. This was back in October 2019 and they have still failed to make good on any cooperation with this return.

Quality of clothes themselves, honestly not bad. Even after these last few months of negligence I would be happy to change my rating if they changed their ways.

Poor sizing guides, Abysmal quality service. If you know what you're looking for ahead of time, go for it. Just don't expect much help from them if things come in the wrong size.

Uncomfortable clothing

Get charged up the $#*! in duties that I want warned about before purchasing. They wouldn't do anything to help reimburse me for it. And there clothes are way too tight. Ordered a size up for pants and zip up hoodie and still too tight. Tried working out in them and there's no stretch what so ever. Worst clothing company I've ever purchased from. They don't stand behind their product either so what does that tell you?

6 weeks!

Placed my order in may and got an email saying it was shipped on 23rd May. Over a month no update and no delivery. Spent the last week trying to get hold of the company for them to then offer to resend my parcel! BUT my order is now out of stock so they can only offer me another colour?! I just want a refund now!

I bought two pairs of leggings. I emailed customer service within days of receiving my order that they shipped me the wrong size (the bag was labeled with the correct size, but the leggings in the bag were the wrong size). I asked them how can I ship them back and not have to pay for shipping since it wasn't my fault. They took forever responding, so I missed the 14-day refund window. Then, when she finally responded she said they had shipped out a new order with the right size. I didn't ask for a new order. I asked how I could return the leggings I bought. So now I'm stuck with the wrong sizes leggings and a new set of the same two pair. Still waiting to figure out how to return these without being charged for shipping.

A Waste of Money

I ordered a pair of their seamless leggings in the size M, which is my standard size for any pants, but when this came in it looked like it could fit a child. The pattern of the leggings is supposed to accentuate the glutes but it fit so poorly that the pattern just made my legs look weird. The other pair is slightly better but the fabric is so thin that even seamless panty lines show through and the inseam is very long creating an uncomfortable space between your crotch. Read the return policy very carefully because I made the mistake of purchasing without reading and came to find that they're completely unreasonable. No refunds and even if you're returning for store credit they can still deny you if they feel like it.

I'll be back

I was a bit sceptical buying from Doyoueven as I usually don't shop online, but I was really interested in their thermal sweats and form fit tee. I've also seen a few guys around my gym wearing the brand so i thought I'd bite the bullet and give them a go. I'm in Sydney Australia for those reading, and I received my products in 2 days, so i'm very happy with the quick shipping times.

I'd also like to praise Doyoueven on the quality of their products. The form fit tee is so light and feels amazing on and the sweats are also a perfect fit and surprisingly easy to move around in. Definitely going to keep me warm over the next few months

I'm very happy guys and will definitely be buying again :)

PLEASE READ!

Was suckered in by rep and have regretted ever since! Folks please don't invest in this service!
I'm always getting a "Playback Error" on channels I'm watching which tells me they don't have the infrastructure in place to support the demand. I've contacted customer service several times and have "rebooted, reinstalled and cleared cache to no avail". Never had a problem with Google TV so will suck it up and go back to a reliable source.

Very disappointed in Doyouevenstream. Please READ and don't invest in them! They are not mature enough to handle the volume.

Ordered a week ago. Paid extra for tracked shipment too. Been a week - nothing! Sad part is they dont answer emails to their so called customer service and of course theres no phone number. How convenient! Only thing that went smooth is credit card transaction lol sad! Like i said pretty sure all good reviews are fake. Im almost 100% positive

Upon checking our database, I can see that your email has successfully been responded to within this period. Due to the Easter Holiday period, 14/04 - 18/04, as well as our National Public Holiday on the 25/04 - our National Couriers, Australia Post were not operating and collecting orders during this time, which is why there had been a slight delay in the shipment of your order. Amazing experience

After seeing these leggings on Facebook I've wanted to buy a pair for awhile now but was a little hesitant because I haven't had good experiences with making online clothing purchases with other companies. But Do you even is completely different, their leggings are true to size, came exactly as pictures and are very comfy! I would highly recommend this brand! & as far as shipping goes. I got the cheapest option-air Mail. It took around 10 days to arrive unlike the many reviews I read stating their orders took over 30 days. Which leads me to believe maybe they ordered theirs during a high traffic time like Christmas? Anyways love my leggings! (:

Still waiting

It's been almost 6 weeks since I placed my order and like most people reviewing this store, I have not received the package. I've contacted, and their customer service is great, but that doesn't make up for the shipping time. At all.
As much as I love the look of the pants I'm starting to think will never come, I would not order from this site again.

Advice: make sure you order your DYE items about ten years before you actually intend on wearing them.

First and foremost, thank-you for your order with Doyoueven. Our turn around time with processing orders from our warehouse facilities is within 24 hours (we pride ourselves on customer service and replying to each and every request/email promptly). Unfortunately, we are not the couriers, and cannot be held accountable for delays in shipments (if we could hand deliver each and every package, we most certainly would, but that's simply not feasible, nor realistic).

We ask that our customers always choose a premium service of shipping rather than standard international airmail, which is subject to delays due to its non-prioritised nature.

Our advice would be to select either Pack and Track services (for peace of mine with tracking), or Express international for a one working week turn around:)

My favourite leggings of all time, they are incredibly flattering on the legs and booty as well as bringing in the waist well with a tight and effective waistband. The material is thick enough to be squat proof but definitely doesn't over-heat. The shipping time for me was super quick, mind you I live in Aus, however its a relief for me because for any overseas brands I have to wait up to 3 weeks at least, so it evens out! I now have 5 different colours.
