Placed my first order in November for a load of kit and received Quite quick considering their the other side of the world. And it all fits great.
Had a warranty issue since then and they turned the problem around within 2 days and a replacement pair are on their way to me. Massively helpful and great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone. Big thank you to Jennie Su for you help in this matter.

I found out about DYE through Instagram and was pretty skeptical about dropping big bucks on a trendy workout brand. When they came out with their seamless line I decided to give it a shot, and I could not be happier with my purchases. I did, however, have a little mishap after washing the seamless set (even after following the instructions to a T). After writing an email to the company, they responded within one business day and kindly gave me a store credit. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you to Milly for assisting the mishap! They've got my approval!
I placed an order in mid september for a pair of pants and after waiting well over 40 days I have given up on receiving my order. I received one prompt reply by email initially when I asked as to why my order had taken over 3 weeks to arrive, however, after emailing twice again I have not received any reply for three days. Please us a more reputable company as this seems to be a common complaint.
Their clothes are fairly well made, however the fit can be difficult to determine which is best. The issue that I find most dissatisfying is for returns. Unlike Gymshark, you must pay for shipping for all returns and the return location is in Australia. Shipping costs for my return were $76US, the value of the return is $112US. So the question becomes, is it worth the cost to send it back or do I just give it away due to the item not fitting? I certainly know I will NEVER order from them again.
Going on 7 weeks now. Still waiting. By email I was told it was shipped may 4th. I sent an email to customer service then they told me shipping date was actually the 17th of may. At this point I figure I have wasted my time and money.
I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I have been waiting for two months now (41 business days) and the service is horrible. That is sad, cause their stocks looks nice, but definitely wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
I saw these pants on instagram and knew my wife would love them. After visiting the site I found it would be coming all the way from Australia (Im in Toronto, Canada).
I should have paid the extra for the tracked package as it was coming so far, after couple weeks I contacted customer care and they said it can take some time shipping to Canada and to keep them posted. After 8 weeks I emailed them back asking if I should be concerned at this point and they were very supportive and apologized for the lost courier package and express shipped an new pair with a tracking ID with no extra cost to me. My wife loves the pants and I love the way she looks in them!
I had ordered a couple of dual stripe sweats the first week of December and hadn't received it for over two months. Luckily after constant emails back and forth I was able to get in touch with Sarah from the DYE team and she was extremely helpful and understanding. She sent out an extra package with the items I had ordered and shipped it express for me. I do hope that nobody else has an issue like mine and everyone gets their product when they are supposed to. However she did help me in an immense way and I was happy I was finally able to get my sweats.
Prompt, good product, little mix up in my order however Jennie provided outstanding service. I'm very pleased.
To be honest, their fit is amazing! I actually like their stuff better than Lululemon! However, I purchased forest green shorts and an orange bra from them. My first time wearing them I noticed (after my workout) that the shorts bled into my sports bra! I even tried washing the bra and the green stain still didn't come out. I've been trying to work with their customer service and have had no luck! Moral of the story, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, even though they fit amazingly, their stuff bleeds and that's not good quality. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. :(
It's been almost 6 weeks since I placed my order and like most people reviewing this store, I have not received the package. I've contacted, and their customer service is great, but that doesn't make up for the shipping time. At all.
As much as I love the look of the pants I'm starting to think will never come, I would not order from this site again.
Advice: make sure you order your DYE items about ten years before you actually intend on wearing them.

Our turn around time with processing orders from our warehouse facilities is within 24 hours (we pride ourselves on customer service and replying to each and every request/email promptly). Unfortunately, we are not the couriers, and cannot be held accountable for delays in shipments (if we could hand deliver each and every package, we most certainly would, but that's simply not feasible, nor realistic).
We ask that our customers always choose a premium service of shipping rather than standard international airmail, which is subject to delays due to its non-prioritised nature.
Our advice would be to select either Pack and Track services (for peace of mine with tracking), or Express international for a one working week turn around:)

Any problems I had with any of my orders were promptly addressed and more than taken care of. Everything Ive found there is of the highest quality, including their customer service. Would definitely recommend.
I live in Norway and have ordered from this site several times, and it har been a pleasure all times! Love the tights from DYE, good fabric and very comfortably wearing. Do not hesitate ordering from this site. Once they sent me a wrong size and I contacted them via mail, they responded super fast and the same day they sent me a new package with express post! There is no problem contacting the customer service, they reply instantly and I didn't even had to return the product with the wrong size so now one of my sisters will be getting a new tights as well:-)
I've seen Doyoueven posts pop up on my Facebook and my Instagram and i've been really interested in their thermal sweats and a pair of mesh panel leggings for my girlfriend. The shipping arrived in 1.5 weeks, and i'm from Cali, so that was pretty quick - i chose pack and track shipping method, and the quality of the product was amazing! It's definitely as good, if not better, than some of the larger brands like nike and lulus but without the ridiculous cost. Definitely recommended!
Amazing customer service! Response to emails were quick and extremely helpful! I had made a mistake on one of the sizes and it was rectified right away. They are also great with updates on your order. I can't wait to see what the products are like :)
I am super happy with the leggings and hooded track top I bought, amazing service, I ordered on Wednesday night and they arrived Friday afternoon.

Bought a pair of the mesh side tights and within a few days noticed some of the stitching on one seam started to come undone. After a couple of very prompt emails they confirmed it was a manufacturers fault and sent me out a new pair straight away. I was so impressed my how quickly they wanted to resolve the issue and how pain free it was as well. On top of this, the shipping is really fast (I'm in rural Aus) and the product itself is great! Fits well, feels good and looks good.
Thank you to whoever designed these pants! It is such a relief to be able to buy pants that do not go see-through when you bend over. I cannot tell you how many times I have been in change rooms trying to see if my underpants are visible when squatting and bending only to be severely disappointed when I discover that they do. But this is not the case with these pants! I love them! They are extremely comfortable to wear and easy to train in, the high waist being such a good idea.
I would also like to say thank you for providing such good quality pants without the expensive price tag. Most pants here in Australian stores are upwards of $100 each (and as I mentioned before they go see-through so hard to justify spending that much on them) so to be able to buy them online for $75 each is a bargain!
I bought 2 pairs of the new mesh leggings they carry, and one came damaged on a seam.
With one simple email, a customer service rep Express shipped me a brand new pair.
Follow up only took 2 hours from when I filed the complaint.
I'm very impressed!
Answer: Yes, but you will pay shipping for the product instead of the company, which can get very expensive if you ship overseas
Answer: Don't bother with the pants, their sizing I's complete wrong and you will get burned in the long etm.
