With one simple email, a customer service rep Express shipped me a brand new pair.
Follow up only took 2 hours from when I filed the complaint.

Ordered two pairs of leggings and a top which arrived a couple of days later and I'm in love.
Leggings fit like they were made just for me holding me and hugging me in all the right places and they feel as smooth as silk. Will definitely be going back to buy more.

I wanted to buy a gift for my girlfriend, and I came across these guys on Instagram. I will admit there were a few bad reviews that left me skeptical. The fact that the company does not provide a way to track your package (because the shipping is free) also left me a little worried. Ok, so I bought some DYE seamless leggings back in April. One pair ripped right from the crotch to the butt area the second time I wore them. I emailed them with pictures and they sent me a new pair. Which was nice! I don't even wear them that much because it's hard to find shirts that match with the leggings, they are kind of hard to pair with tops other than the matching sports bra. Anyway, so I'm squatting the other day, and all of sudden I hear/feel the leggings rip! How embarrassing, my butt cheeks where showing while I was squatting:,( they ripped right from the crotch seam, (yes they do have a seam, they are not really seamless) all the way up the middle of my butt crack. Luckily I had a long sleeve shirt to tie around my waist so I could finish my workout.
I ordered a pair of leggings from this company and it didn't take long for them to fall apart by the seams. Ironically they were called seamless leggings. I religiously wash all of the expensive leggings I own by hand and lay them flat to dry because I want to make them last for as long as possible. When I mentioned the issues to customer service they basically said that there was nothing they could do. Even wish has better return policies and you pay next to nothing for their products. What a pity.
Hands down, the best quality active and sports wear! Everything I ordered fits great (leggings and men's items for my partner), top quality materials! I honestly don't know how these guys haven't had more exposure, wayyyyy better than Nike, Adidas and other popular sports brands, cheaper too! LOVE IT, will be ordering again!

I have placed two orders with DYE so far. The orders came relatively quickly to say as they travelled over to the entire other side of the world. Second order unfortunately had a wrong item in it. They had accidentally sent me the same colour vest but in a different style (actually a more expensive style but wasn't the vest my partner wanted). I contacted them via the website and at first I received a fairly generic returns response which I replied to asking for clarification. The customer services person responded to my email and sorted out the problem straight away shipping me the correct item with a fast delivery method free of charge. They even said just to keep the original item as it was their mistake. I felt this was really good customer service. Shipping something back to Australia from the UK when it wasn't my error would have been hassle I didn't really need but it's all sorted now. I'll definitely be ordering again.
Have been messaging them all week and they havent responded. Where is my order after over a damn month when i spend 160$$! This is the worst company ever and horrible customer service. Was i scammed? Who knows?

I have paid £142 including shipping which is £11 as I live in the uk I haven't received my parcel yet but I've just had a email saying I need to pay Import Duty/Tax Payment to get my parcel to my house which was £62 I have just read that on the website which I wish I read before even purchasing. Far to expensive for leggings and shorts very over rated and ridiculous for Import Duty/Tax Payment especially if you've paid £11 shipping. Won't be buying again.
I recently ordered the new mesh panel leggings from dye. And can honestly say these are not only the comfiest pair of leggings I own but they also look and feel incredible on. Received so many compliments when I trained today.
Definitely will be purchasing more from the site/company!
The whole process was simple, quick and received my item within the 1-3 business working day time frame.
So I spend my money to buy clothes that have taken nearly two weeks to come and I'm still waiting, I contacted their email about a week ago and no response.
Me, the client expects to get a good customer service and quick delivery for paying top notch, clothing on this website isn't cheap. If it was cheap I wouldn't mind the wait.
I live in western Sydney so I should be receiving my packages quick.
Ordered a small (I'm a size 6/8 in tights) the waist fits perfectly the thigh seems fine but the butt looks pretty bad. It's stretched and I can see white and the seam doesn't line up with my butt "crack". The material is so nice and the "Do you even" is embedded into the material so it won't crack which is great. But I just ordered the wrong size (s). It seems a (medium) would probably be perfect! I just wish I had known before purchasing them.
I ordered beginning of November for Christmas. This is what happened:
1. They didnt send shipping confirmation for one week. I asked and they came up with some lame excuse.
2.20 days later no delivery. I wrote to them and after a weeks time they reply that now its not 20 days but 40
Days (work days).
3. After 40 days I write again. They ignore my email(s) for 2 weeks.
Still havent received anything. I think they are going bankrupt or something. I definitively dont trust them and would never use or recommend use them. Stay away!
These guys are amazing, they went above and beyond in finding a resolution to my problem.

Bought the Thermal Haze bottoms and Hoodie last week. Arrived within 5 days and the items are of incredible quality! I may have ordered the red ones today along with some gear for the Mrs as a result of this great first experience. 5*!
I purchased the lavender seamless leggings for $80. Luckily, it only took 10 days to receive my order. Upon receiving them, I tried them on. The ripped immediately and were so see-through, I would rather wear pantyhose to squat in than these leggings. I wrote a review on their website but they deleted it. Definitely a sketchy company, I will not repurchase or recommend to anyone.
