Took fours days to deliver for an express item (within Australia, metro area). And I didn't even get an email with tracking number for my order.
Out of the three products ordered, two were damaged. T-shirts with loose seam lines and bad stitching job. (photos provided)
The crotch of the pants are way too low, and the waist line is too high. To have it fit around your butt, you have to pull it really high, makes it look like a lululemon's woman's legging.
Their customer service team took 6 days to get back to my email asking about the unfinished stitching (including weekend).
I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I entered a wrong address and as soon as i nottice i email them and they got back to me the same day, they asked for the correct address and i sent it to them. They were really helpful and patient with me. Im for sure buying from DYE again
I got the wrong packaged from them but I emailed them as soon as i can and let them know that i received the item that i didnt ordered, they ask for apology and they sent my right package within the week they gave me. Great service. Team dye forever thanks
I've ordered from DYE twice. The leggings and shorts I ordered are hands down, the most comfortable and best fitting I've ever worn (I have the artic cammo leggings and the marble/galaxy shorts and leggings). I've had no problem with shipping or service. Bear in mind, if you're in the US, the products are being shipped from Australia, it does take longer.
I had ordered a men's hoodie and was sent sweatpants instead. At first I was obviously upset. But also I know things happen. I emailed Do You Even's customer support about the mistake and got a reply back very quickly just asking for my order number and a picture of the sweatpants that were sent. I then sent them those requests and that was it. They apologized for the mistake, sent the hoodie to me free shipping and free of charge and let me keep the sweatpants as well. Very impressed with the quick customer service response and their decision to allow me to keep the sweatpants. I know other companies would ask to send them back. I will definitely be an ongoing loyal customer because of their amazing customer service and of course their quality in clothing is top notch. Very happy!
I was very excited for these to come in the mail. These leggings are the $#*!tiest material. Sweat drenches them and they do not wick sweat or heat AT ALL. Also for being "form fitting" they most definitely are not. I look fat in these leggings and I am in good shape weighing 150 pounds at 5 foot 7. I do not have visible cellulite UNLESS IN THESE LEGGINGS. I dont even recognize my butt, hamstrings, or quads in these leggings. Also, even with wearing underwear, the entire outline of my VAGINA is showing. Again, Awful. Unflattering. Will never purchade from this company again. Horrible overpriced. The pictures of the "models" in the clothing is a bad representation of what they will actually look like. And i will not be posting pictures of these leggings to scar every one for life.
You know it's kind of funny when you order something from a highly-anticipated brand. My clothing that was shipped out the same day that I ordered is not here yet. 8pm of Tuesday January 10th was when it was shipped out and it is over one week later with nothing delivered yet. How is it that something is ordered and shipped out the same day not get to my house yet? It is not like I ordered it from China even though I probably would recieve it faster. This is the first and last time I'm ordering from this company, the shipping time it takes is horrible! Don't try emailing them either because the staff doesn't answer...

I bought the slim fit pants for my wife. In less than a month they fell apart while she was putting them on. Of course the policy is if wear them once, tough luck. Lesson learned.

We're very sorry to hear you feel this way, but upon inspection of your item, your order was over 2 months old, and the pants pictured display a cosmetic error, meaning your item had been TORN (not a loose seam of stitching). This is therefore not a manufacturing error, but rather, damage that was caused by the way in which you used your garment. As previously stated, your issue had nothing to do with a manufacturers fault, and also had nothing to do with the construction of the item (as the tear was no where near the seam lines).
It is unethical to ask for a replacement on an item that has clearly been worn, washed and used over a considerable period of time, and doyoueven cannot be held liable for self-damage incurred on the product.

I had been "umming and ahhing" about buying some DYE leggings for quite some time now, but always thought I was too big to wear them. After receiving an email about the Australia Day sale I just thought "why not" and got myself a couple of pairs - I couldn't be more impressed! Great material, comfortable to wear, easy purchasing process online (great website) and the customer service was fantastic. Not to mention I feel great when wearing them!
Very fast delivery and I have actually just purchased my third pair this morning.
Verdict: coming from a girl who didn't like spending money on gym gear (as I have lost 16kg in the last 4 months, I didn't see the point in spending money on something that wouldn't likely fit me in a month or two), it's well worth the cost! I will be returning for more soon.

I found DoYouEven and it was instantly love at first sight and I mean that... I started off buying one of the grey long sleeve shirts. When I first wore it, I immediately just knew that I'd be back for more. Not only is it comfortable and stylish, but I truly felt that this shirt was made for me. The fit and feel is just unprecedented. From that point, I knew I'd be a returning customer... Funny thing is, I loved the shirt so much that I bought a duplicate! They are so good, you can't just have one! Oh, and it gets better... A few minutes ago I purchased 2 long sleeve designs that they just released (black/grey and all black). Can't wait to try them on! I had previously shopped at DoYouEven.com and it was a great experience, this was some years ago. I would receive tracking #'s on all shipping methods and thought the products were being shipped from Australia, they would arrive in no more than a week of two. I read today that the current owner has been there since 2014 so I am not sure if they are new but that would explain the sudden plummet in quality of service. In one week, I will have waited 2 months since my order "Shipped" from their warehouse. Not was processed but was "shipped". I had stayed in constant contact with DoYouEven.com during this time and gave them over week after their longest shipping estimate of 21 "Business" days for my package to arrive. When I asked for tracking information, they told me that they could not get me one but that my order shipped. After a month of waiting with no update on where my order was, they told me that they could not refund me my money unless they get their package back that was supposedly shipped and that shipping it to them would be at my expense. I have no proof that it is on its way and have a hard time believing that anything in this day and age takes 2 months to get anywhere. So far, it feel likes robbery, they have no problem taking my money as soon as they can but won't lift so much as a finger to locate the product that they supposedly shipped to me. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Better luck getting the same quality clothing from a website that is accountable for themselves.

We have multiple options that buyers can choose from when selecting their shipping method. Our couriers offer:
A) Standard International AirMail - a non-tracked method of shipping (this method of shipping does include a consignment ID number and consignment ID lodgement proof which is sent to all of our customers)
Pack and Track - (for a few extra dollars, our couriers can also ship your order via tracked services - this means you receive live updates from Australia Post as to the whereabouts of your package).
We also offer Next Day Delivery services with Toll DX Express, Express International Merchant Services (which are fully tracked), and Registered International Post (which is a signed upon delivery method of shipping).
Unfortunately, in the case above, it seems that you have chosen standard international AirMail as your chosen method of shipping service :) Unfortunately, as stated above, this shipping will only generate a consignment ID number which can't be internally tracked by us (as this is a service that is not offered by Australia Post on that type of shipping method).

Placed order over 2 weeks ago. Have emailed every day asking the status of the order. No communication what so ever. No way to talk with a customer service representative on the phone. Buyer Beware!
I made the mistake and did not do pack and track it's been literally almost a month and still have not received my two leggings. I logged into my account and it said fulfilled but I have received NOTHING. I'm starting to think this is a joke. As much as I like DOYOUEVEN I just am starting to feel like my money was taken for granted.

Did you try and email customer service about your query?
We did a quick search and noticed your order contained a PRE-SALE item (which had a specified shipping date between the 5-12th of April). Your order would have recently left our warehouse facilities travelling with Australia Post couriers.
Pack and Track would have given you round the clock updates but our team can update you manually on your consignment ID information.
In the end, we are not the couriers, and it is up to the customer to choose their preferred method of shipping. It is also the customers responsibility to read up on pre-sale items when ordering (it is outlined in bold in the description of the product). Your item was fulfilled and shipped according to the policies and was dispatched promptly by our team.
We hope that helps, and we think a 2* review is unwarranted granted we had nothing to do with the current service you are experiencing.

Ok first off, DYE are now trying to be Gymshark but they don't have the quality, i bit the bullet and bought some of their new range but this stuff fits poorly and just isn't nice, the pictures flatter the clothing, stick with proper gym wear like Gymshark or Strong Lift Wear, this stuff gets sold because of meme's nothing else

Their sizing guide on their site for their mens joggers is completely different than what you get in person. If you order a large pair of joggers and you actually train legs, they're actually a size small in reality. The base joggers have 0 stretch in them. If you ever dislike a product or want to exchange a product, you the customer will have to front all of the return shipping cost no matter what. On my $300 order, I had to spend $96 to return clothes THAT DON'T FIT LIKE THE SITE SAID THEY WOULD. I even sized up because I wanted a baggie fit because my waist is 32 inches and I ordered the large/34 inch waist. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and will never recommend them ever. It's DoYouEven's fault as a company for my problem, and I'm gonna have to pay for their bad sizing guide that I followed. That's almost $100 I payed to get screwed over. If DoYouEven would just cover the return shipping, this would be no problem for me, because I could just return clothes that didn't fit without a problem.
I ordered a pair of shorts that were about $20 (US DLS) and the shipping was about $10-15, which is high considering the value of the product but I wanted the shorts bad enough. I order and XL which has never been too small for me and when I got the shorts they were tiny. Never seen an "XL" that small before and it appears that many people have sizing issues and need to make exchanges. So in order to exchange the size I would need to pay shipping to them and back again, which would bring my total shipping costs to around $40... for $20 shorts. I know this isn't necessarily the company's fault but there is nothing on the website indicating the sizing runs small. In additional when trying to email with customer service I waited three days for a response from my first email and then another 10 days before they responded to my second email. All of that to say Ill just sell the shorts to a friend, probably a guy who is use to wearing smalls, and consider it a lesson learned. Disappointed I wasn't offered some sort of additional product incentive to try to offset the shipping cost. As their last email to me stated "they just follow industry standards", I guess they don't care about going above them.
Update: Apparently a website that advertises to people who lift sells running shorts and you just have to know that because you wont find that anywhere on the website...

First and foremost, thank-you for your order with DoYouEven.
We understand that you've bought shorts from our store that were on sale at a price of $20 USD. Shipping on this item was $9.00 AUD which is equivalent to $6 USD (a total of $26 USD spent).
The onus is on the consumer to ship back items at their own cost to have items replaced for sizing.
There also seems to have been a mis-interpretation, as we follow 'industry standards' in regards to regulatory sizing (i. E. XL in Nike running shorts would be the same size fit in XL DYE shorts). Running shorts, by industry standards, are a lot smaller than cotton based variants (like our Stellar Performance shorts).
People have differing bodies and there's no 'one size fits all' sizing (please understand that).
The sizing's are appropriately listed in the Sizing Guide's section of our site, and our policies on return, which are again, modelled off industry standards (misguided.com, boohoo.com, nike.com, etc, require the consumer to ship the item back to the companies warehouse facility at the cost of the buyer.
Since you're from the US, USPS would be the cheapest method of shipping (with a weight of 0.2kg from the shorts, this will only cost you roughly 8-12USD to send back).
We're glad you've addressed that this isn't our fault.
There is a resolution to the matter which essentially requires you to ship your shorts back to our warehouse facility (which was provided to you within your original email). We're more than happy to have the re-shipping costs waivered on this instance, but that would require you to get in touch with a customer care consultant via contact@doyoueven.com

Answer: Yes, but you will pay shipping for the product instead of the company, which can get very expensive if you ship overseas
Answer: Don't bother with the pants, their sizing I's complete wrong and you will get burned in the long etm.

The stitching shown (on the reverse side of each garment), is the end stitched threads (these are the closed ends of the stitching and won't have any effect on the durability of the product).
