They are not associated with your bill companies and tack on extra fees that you otherwise don't need to pay. Do not use this service. Anyone posting how it's a great company only works for them or is paid to post it.

I'd suggest not using this company if you value your hard earned money. Uncoordinated, amateur, and incompetence are just a few ways to describe this company. Zero over sight and they operate w/o the permission of vendors, then offer no conclusion to fixing any issue when you're owed a refund. They deny responsibility and hope you don't follow up. I've called Better Business Bureau and Consumer protection. T

Only issue was when bill was over my auto pull limit, I didn't see email notice & it took some time to sort out the bill & late fees. A text reminder would have helped me. In general, I love the convenience & options.

Doxo came up at number one position in Google search for my Comcast bill. I filled out personal information, then was notified that my payment would be posted in three days. That is unacceptable. If they want my business, then they should, at least, be convenient.
I don't think it's fair that I have to pay $3.00 for using the doxo website to pay my bill. I can use USPS to make my payments. So disappointed. I want to go back to mailing my payment, stamps are much cheaper.

Currently, our most affordable options are to process via ACH payment or to sign up for our subscription service called doxoPLUS. By signing up for doxoPLUS, payments made from your bank account are free, with no limit on the number of bills you can pay.

I've been using doxo for almost 3 years. It's free. It's easy to use. Payments always arrive on time. I get reminders that it's time to pay my bills. I love it!

I strongly caution against engaging with Doxo, as my experience suggests they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.
I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM).
Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
