I had never heard of doxo until I bought a house that used gas & doxo was the only option for online bill pay. What I really like is that doxo emails me anytime I have a new document, whether it be a monthly bill, notices of rate changes or anything else my gas company would normally mail to me. Then, they even send me reminders when I have a bill that is about to be due. That is one of the differences between my other utility companies that have their own website for bill pay vs. using doxo. Another difference & something that can be very beneficial is that you can use doxo for multiple utility companies. That way you can view all of your documents & pay all of your bills for multiple companies on one website. The only issue that I had is that the fee that doxo charges is a little on the high side. When I first saw the amount I was so upset because I had no other option. But then I saw that they offer free payments if you use your checking account. So that's what I chose to do & now doxo is actually cheaper than paying my other utility bills, which the companies charge a fee no matter what method of payment you use online. In fact, some won't even allow the use of my checking account. I haven't ever had any issues with late payment charges etc. like some people have said in their reviews. Sometimes the charge from doxo won't actually go through until after my due date, but I still haven't ever been assessed a late fee. You can also set up recurring payments so that doxo will automatically pay your bill(s) each month, based on the date & method of payment that you choose. The website for doxo itself is pretty simple to use. I don't think it would require much technical/computer knowledge for anyone that isn't used to online options. And I feel that it is a secure payment method. So while some people may not like using a "middle man" for their online bill pay etc., I think it can be very beneficial for those that would give it a chance. Try it & you will find yourself coming up with more pros than cons than you thought you would.
Real safe and convenient way to pay bills and you can do it so quickly. Thanksgood t use online also or by phone. Never had any trouble out of them
I like it. I wasn't expecting the day delay for the payment to post, but it wasn't an issue. It was still convenient and efficient.

Doxo customers can pay their bills using any payment method; checks, credit cards, debit cards, ePay and more.
Because of the varied payment methods, there are varying payment reminder and delivery times.
In particular, check payments can take longer, so reminders come earlier. Then to ensure customers are fully informed, we also supply a check delivery date when using this method.
Unfortunately, we cannot determine how quickly a provider processes a check.

Its good ive not had no problems with this system at all so far unlike alot of others. Anytime i forget i get a reminder and it helps alot.
I give this busy a (100) for there service. The best yet. Each month they pay bills for me on time even help me with reminder of schedule time
So those who now have realized that the housing down turn was not just a lot of lousy homeowners not paying but the banks forcing their clients to foreclose by raising payments, refusing loan modifications, force placing insurance on homes that already were insured, losing customers payments that were made, not dropping interest rates- which they were paid billions buy our government to do. Why- because now we know the banks insured these homes at the the time the loans were taken out and did credit default options on these homes as well-so if they could get their lendee to some how miss a payment, question a payment and then foreclose while the issue was being "looked into"... they're by being paid 2 or 3 times the value of the home if the owner gets foreclosed on. They are laughing all the way to their bonuses! And millions of homeowners are left with nothing... all their equity stolen, out on the street with ruined credit... what did our "fast track" Judges do in the courts? Did they listen to the homeowners or just the banks... how long can a homeowner afford to pay a lawyer $175 an hour to defend against these big banks and their attorneys before they are broke and give up? THIS is the WORST SCAM to hit our country in decades and it is still going on. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out... who will take responsibility for the billions of dollars taken from homeowners... the banks, judges, attorneys... who has the balls to really put this under a microscope and do the right thing? Watch 99 Homes good movie on what happened in the SW Florida market as well as The Big Short and you will understand the scam. Should people have to commit suicide because everything they have is gone-stolen from greedy banks? I think not!
So easy and good to use it helps so much I would tell anyone about my experience I would like to all my bills done this way so easy to use I wish that I would knew about this a long time okay

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
