I received the order just a couple days after I ordered it, it came in good shape, with a couple extra items in the box, its good to see a company that cares about its customers, great job jonathon, i always say nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care

Bought an amp from this place. Opened the box and the moisture package had busted and sent the little beads all through the amp. Called and they said they don't make that amp anymore, which was a lie according to Skar, and couldn't send me another. I said ok then send me a shipping label and I'll return it for a refund. Sir we don't do returns or refunds. I said so I'm just stuck with a product and can't use? She said for me to take it apart and remove the little beads. Yeah I'm not doing that. I can't use a company like Down4sound. So I just gave them $122 bucks I guess. Thieves. Wish I would have taken pictures last night to add this. Hope this helps.

Man, I'm glad I started off light, I planned on purchasing 90% of my system through them. That's not going to happen now. I purcahsed 38 sqft of the 3 in 1 240 mil deadner sheets and 19 of the 23 sheets have the adheasive missing from the 1/8" to 1/2" from the end. The back should be black (that's the adhisive) and all the silver must be cut off and can't be used. I contacted support, sent pictures, they assured me that they have sold "10's of thousands of sheets of them" and this is the first time they are hearing of this. Yeah. Right. So, I go back and forth through their ticket system and was told they were going to send out replacements on Jan 25th, 2023. I asked for an update on Feb 17th and on the 20th, they are asking if I still have the bad sheets. Which, of course I do, I stopped the build till this could get fixed. It appears on the 25th, they were just trying to get me to go away. It appears they have no intention of replacing the bad sheets. Their communication is the worst, I'll not be purchasing anything from D4S again.
