Fast shipping, the head unit, wiring harness and dash install kit arrived in a couple days and in great shape, plus i got a email with all the install instructions of how to remove the head unit and speakers, and how to install the new head unit and speakers and how to wire it, other companies just sell you the merchandise and dont care if you know how to install it or not, its good to see a company that cares about its customers
