I found these wonderful ladies on this store and hired them to do my wedding dress without ever meeting them. I payed for the dress and send photos of what I wanted and sent my measurements. As the wedding got closer I began to get nervous about my dress and went for a fitting 2 weeks before my wedding. Not only did I find a beautiful dress awaiting me but I also found two wonderful, hard-working ladies who invited me in, made me feel comfortable and worked with me on my perfect dress. They worked so dilligently to make me happy and they are so amazingly talented. Best of all I absolutely loved them and wanted to stay for dinner! They are so sweet and kind and want to make their clients happy. I went back to get my dress a week before the wedding and it was perfect! Just what I wanted! I would highly recommend this shop!

Tasha was so helpful in customizing this design! She added sleeves and a couple other minor changes. It is exactly what I wanted! The dress will need to be altered to get the perfect fit, but the build quality is excellent. I have no doubt this will be the perfect dress for the big day. I'll try to add pictures when I have them.

The dress took longer than promised to make, and I did not receive any updates as to why she did not meet her self-imposed deadlines, but she responded within 24 hours each time I inquired about the dress and sent pictures when the dress was almost completed. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and my experience! Her quality work, willingness to customize, and low cost are, in my opinion, worth the long lead time.

This team is the most professional, caring, and talented set of designers that I have ever dealt with. They created my daughter's gown in record-time, it was BEYOND anything that I could have ever imagined. They were in constant contact with me during this creation process and made all the right decisions when it came to certain details. I cannot that you both enough for this incredible gown, you are AMAZING! The colors were stunning, and it is going to be passed down to my niece and treasured forever.

It didn't ship on time due to specific address information, but she was extremely generous and kept me up to date. I didn't mind it being late at all (: The dress is stunning and the measurements were perfect. The lace is flexible and looks very elegant along with the silk lining. I love everything about this dress and I knew that I could message Linda about any questions I had; she answered within a day. Don't regret this purchase at all!

WTH was I thinking when I ordered from this site?! The picture of the dress I thought I was ordering is not what was sent to me. The overlay has flowers instead of simple leaves. I purposely avoided flowers! The loops for the buttons are not big enough. Umm? Did you measure the length for the loops? Apparently Not. WTH!? The gamble was not worth the risk. Sure I could send it back, but I am responsible for shipping. GRRRR. Even better is knowing I would only get 80% of my money back. So pissed right now and they know it. They are not even responding to my emails anymore.

I ordered my daughter n laws dress from this site. The dress did come back in a reasonable time. The dress actually looks like what we ordered. The problem is there's a noticeable defect in the fabric of the dress and they didn't put in a bustle at our request. We did not want to send the dress back, we just wanted a bit of a refund to take the dress to a local tailor to see if the defect can be repaired and have a bustle put in. I even sent them a photo of the defect, only for them to email me back, saying they don't believe the problem came for them! Their idea of a compensation was $5.00. First off, it's obvious the problem is a defect in the fabric, any person with eyes can see that. What are they implying, that we made the defect? The dress had just come out of the packaging and we were carefully inspecting it and saw the defect immediately! Second, to offer only $5.00, is actually an insult! Where would I take the gown to have it repaired for $5.00? The dresd came to us with a defect! I emailed them back disputing what they said and told them their solution was an insult, that they basically have to do better than that! To no avail, they are now totally ignoring my emails! What a sham! I would advise no one to order from this company! Their customer service is hidious and they are not a company of good integrity to their customers!

I fell absolutely in love with my dress the moment I put it on. Selina is great, she kept in contact and sent me pictures during the process of making my wedding dress. I was a little hesitant on purchasing a dress online because when it comes down to detail I am very picky. I love the fabric and lace that was used, this dress fits me perfectly in every way. If you give your exact measurements the dress will fit you exactly as it should. I would suggest having Selina make a dress for anyone that I know, without a doubt I am so happy I chose Selina to make mine.

Polina has been wonderful to work with. It took awhile for her to respond to my first inquiry (due to a boom in business), but she was very attentive and easy to communicate with after that. In the end, she was very patient with my many inquiries about how to flatter my frame and achieve the best design. I gave the dress a 4 instead of 5 because I made the mistake of having a novice take my measurements, so my dress required some minor alterations when it arrived. To Polina's credit, when I contacted her and told her the dress did not fit properly, she offered to do the alterations for no additional fee: "I have no interest to make profit from unhappy customers". All in all, this has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend working with Polina. PS: Those who have seen me in the dress say it's GORGEOUS!
