The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture shown. Horrific customers service. They are ignoring my emails after providing extensive proof that they are in the wrong. Please don't gamble and lose your valuable money to this shady overseas company.

All dresses are made-to-order items and made from scratch, our tailoring team spends hours and hours on every dress ordered online and we do not resell sold dresses. We are doing our best to satisfy our customers. Would you please send the pictures to our customer service department?
