My daughter loves the colors and comfort of the comforter. Delivery was faster than I expected which is an added plus. We will be shopping there again.
The construction was extremely difficult and definitely did not take 20 minutes. It took over 2 hours. Parts came damaged as well. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I purchased the Orchid Petal Pin Tuck Queen Comforter through Dormco via Walmart and it ripped apart after the first washing, done as instructed, in a larger front loading washer. When I requested a refund and sent pictures this is what I got from them.
"... The photos were provided to our Quality Control Department for review. They advised that we would be unable to accept a return of the Orchid Petal Pin Tuck Queen Comforter as they do not believe this is a defect but rather that the item was damaged due to the washing process.
Their stuff is cheaply made. The customer service is awful. Even with this thing falling apart, before they said no, they told me all they would offer me would be another one of the same thing! I will never buy from them again. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR SHODDY PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We had a heck of a time trying to get it put it together at my daughers dorm yesterday. And ended up no using it. The black plugs that are to be used to hold the shelves up wouldnt stay on and the directions were not very clear on how it actually went together so we will try in sept. To try and put it together again we just left it, but i wish it would have been better on the directions and the black plugs wouldnt stay on and then i cut my finger on it and had to get stitches needless to say it was a freakin nightmare
Both of them had corners that were slightly squished and one had about a 3-4 inch puncture. I think for almost $40 a pop it should be in better condition.
I purchased this comforter for my son's college bedroom and he is very happy with it. He wanted a grey & black theme and this fit the request perfectly.

Ordered dorm chairs for my sons dorm room. They were lost in the delivery process. Dormco refunded my money and I reordered another set. They arrived on time with no issues.
The comforter I received was decent, but I returned it because the colors looked different in person. YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED IF YOU RETURN A PRODUCT TO DORMCO! They said that it looked heavily used with a stain which is impossible since I only took it out of the packaging for 10 minutes and they did NOT refund me! That's $60+ that I cannot get back based on a stain that I did not cause.
Delivery was fast! I am hoping it fits over my sons refrigerator in his dorm room. Since he will not be going back to school yet I will have to wait. The website was easy to order from.

Returned them paid to return them according to their instructions and they refused credit.
