I ordered a gooseneck lamp. When it came, the base was covered in some sort of a corrosive and sticky substance (like rust maybe?) and it was extremely gross. This was clearly the company's fault, because it is not something that could have happened in transit. When you go to return something, the shipping cost is completely the customer's responsibility. EVEN if it is solely the company's mistake. I am never ordering from here again.
Bought early for college fall of 2018, took it out and set it up just to make sure everything was there and to see how much useable wall space there would be from the top of the support bar to the bottom of the lower shelf (about 14 inches in order to leave enough space for books on lower shelf). My daughter was pleased with it, very sturdy, arrived in great condition, and shipping was faster than we expected. Not sure if it is a safety issue but would have given 5 stars if it were another 8 or so inches taller so you could add the back and side rails to the top shelf as well.
I had the order say that the shipping label was printed and by the next day, it was at my front door. There were only two disappointing things. The assorted towels, hand towels, and so on are truly assorted. The colors were very different from what I was expecting and clashed with each other. The other disappointing thing was that I ordered a shower caddy and did not receive it.
We havent had a chance to use the 3 trunks we purchased for camp but they look great. The inside is spacious for plenty of camp clothes and supplies. They are heavy but the wheels and handle make them portable.
The shelves seem to hold everything up as they're supposed to. I couldn't be more pleased! Very efficient, works well. Great idea adding the adjustable feet to level the unit on not-so-straight floor.
My grandson was looking for a way to organize his desk, and we found it with this product. Ordering and shipping both went well. I didn't put it together, so I don't know if that was easy or hard, but it is up and functioning, and he is thrilled! Thanks!

First off the shipping wasnt estimated for the right amount so when I had paid extra for faster shipping it wasnt enough for even the slowest shipping method. I just received it last night and opened it this morning to find that its not even colored and the picture shows a slightly off white. It looks just like the outside box that they sent it too me in and I paid $150 for nothing its very disappointing
