Good quality but late in delivery. I paid $8.00 extra and was assured I would receive the hutch on Saturday. Not true, I received it on Monday - $8.00 wasted.

I got the bed risers when I was suppose to. The only problem was 2 of the four had rust on them. For the price I paid there should not be any rust. Other than that all was good.
Absolutely love the microfridge shelving unit, however I was disappointed some of the circular clips that hold the tubes came broken, I will now have to contact the company to request replacements, we were rushing trying to set up the dorm and finding a fix to the issue so we didn't take pictures but I hope the company will do the right think and send me replacements promptly so I can update my review here and in the Amazon site

They sent they wrong item to my daughter. A trunk instead of a bookshelf with a trunk. She did not realize the item was incorrect until she had it all together. Now in order to get the correct item, they want her to disassemble it, lug it to the mailroom across campus, and get the item returned before they will mail her the correct item. Oh, but they'll provide free shipping. Meanwhile her books are on the floor, she has no means of transportation, and she's living in a new state that she's unfamiliar with. This company has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! The process to order boxes is confusing. I spent $150 on four empty boxes which they sent to my final destination instead of to my home for me to actually fill the boxes. I also paid for expedited shipping, which didn't happen. It took a week for the empty boxes to arrive at the WRONG LOCATION. When I called customer service they couldn't care less. Please, please don't order from this company.
They delivered my item fast and they were so helpful on making sure i got everything. All of the items in the package were so worth the affordable price!
