Yesterday I ordered a pizza from the domino's next to my house, they not only didn't bring the pizza but when I called after more than 90min waiting, they said I've just invented the conversation, and that they did not have any order from me. Then they just said it was all my fault, they blamed me for every error they've made. And I have to add that I was actually using a free pizza ticket they sent me after complaining one month before due to the same exact situation.
Thanks domino's for valuing your customers and treating them like if they were just mad!
I wouldn't reccommend it to my worst enemy.

Have taken advantage of their ongoing special, "any 2 or more for $5.99 each". I have tried various things and concluded that no matter what i order it will look overcooked and taste bland. The delivery people have always been very nice but the "cooks" need to learn when something is done and when something looks burnt. I guess i will switch to another pizza restaurant but they are getting harder to choose since a few of them have boycotts. Never tried the insurance report but if i get another sandwich or stuffed cheese bread or pizza that tasted bad... what is the use? Interesting how i never seem to get a receipt for my purchase. Do you suppose delivery people can tell when an order doesn't measure up to standards?

Was Nov. 1st or 2nd this year... Ordered a 2 topping pizza, a steak and cheese, and chicken nuggets with bar b q and bacon bits at around 7:30in the evening. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard (old). Sandwich didn't have almost any meat and very little cheese. The chicken was burned. Was a regular customer. Now though not a customer anymore. I wrote to them 2 times, no one ever answered. And customer service was none expectant. Can it get any worst? Good luck to Anyone ordering from this location. Their online service was also down, and had to call in my order to them. WOW! What a night to pay good money for very sub standard meal for me and my wife. Need more info? My friend and I came to Domino's Pizza at the one at 163 Old Colony Ave on Friday, 12/7/2019 in the afternoon around 5 PM. We ordered pizza and pasta total cost usd 68,90.40 minutes after we were seated, our tepid food arrived. I had to ask for more water, and our server never returned to check on our meal, and we had to flag her down to get our check. Every table around us was seated and eating within 10 minutes. Very disappointed overall as we had been looking forward to this.

Ordered online, Dominos employee opened the box to show it to me. I taste one slice of half of the pizza and it was alright. I began to taste the second half, and it smelled like Tabasco, tasted like tobacco, and tasted so awful. I asked for them to remake it, they said no. Pizza insurance is available and they are insurance partners. They also allowed 3 carry out customers to leave the store with free sauces. When you're supposed to pay for it outright $0.75 cents per sauce, and they took 3 of them without even paying for it. Poor quality pizza. Poor quality customer service. Unhappy customers.

On July 3,2019, I called the Dominos store on Hwy 9 East, in Longs, SC. I was told to "hold". I put my cell on speaker & kept it nearby so I could place an order when they got back to me. After 1-1/2 hours we had purchased a pizza somewhere else, drove to pick it up & eaten it but still my call had not been taken. I called the same store on another cell phone & asked why my call had never been answered. I was rudely told that they were really busy. I mentioned that I had been placed on "hold" 1-1/2 hours earlier with no one ever answering my call. He said "well, we're really busy". There is another Dominos in North Myrtle Beach that will be getting my business from now on.
