I ordered this in a 3-6 month size in PINK on April 13. I never received any type of confirmation email or tracking number that it had been shipped. Was not received until May 5th. The only good thing is that they got the name correct and it did arrive in time for Mother's Day on the 10th but in the wrong color and with a lot of unnecessary anxiety due to lack of communicating shipping details. Granddaughter is four months old and onsie runs LARGE. Will not be ordering from this company again.
I ordered over a month ago some key chains and wallet and supposedly it was only shipped a few days ago. Even if this is true it is way too slow to wait just to ship!
Very frustrated with them.

I purchased picture sets whose product photos showed three hangable canvas pictures. They arrived as canvas rolls (as opposed to framed) squished flat in the envelope. When I contacted the seller, they simply stated they do not accept returns and there are other products available that come on wood frames, but not the ones I ordered. Such a disappointment. You should not order anything through this website if you are looking for quality and reliable customer service. It's sad that online vendors can treat customers like this.
My superhero blanket never came. I ordered July 2021. I was told it was still processing months later. I have sent SEVERAL emails asking for a full refund and have not heard back. Do yourself a favor and don't bother risking it with these people.

I ordered a pillow of my dog from doggie mercy in early November. It was guaranteed to be delivered prior to Xmas. I received my product the week after New Year's Day. Doggie merch customer service is terrible. There is no direct phone number and they only respond to emails every three days or so. The emails are usually generic replies with no helpful insight. Once I received the pillow... it looked nothing like the photo I submitted for the pillow. They refund me only $2.99 not even 10% for this three month headache. And that was a battle. I wish I never ordered the product and hopefully this review will keep you away from having the problem I did.
