Worst customer service ever. Juan and Armando from email support are completely incompetent. I'm a long-time customer with dozens of orders. Normally, support would verify and process my order manually but not them. They refunded me just for pointing this out and saying I was already verified. Absolutely terrible service.
I order 9 gift cards and they didnt send to me they wanted proof from my bank and i contacted my bank they send me proofs that i need to send it to doctorSIM.com and i send it they still dont send my gift cards they are scammers becareful!
I paid them for a topup but they did noting and sent me a fake invoice in the name of a third party. Dozens of emails exchanged and they refuse to pay me back.
I paid the money that you asked for but you never recharged my phone number. I checked with the service provider and they confirmed nothing was received. The receipt you sent me was also suspicious and is not recognized by the mobile phone company. Highly suspicious activity. I have reported that to your host, and to cloudflare. The attached image is your suspicious receipt. Hotlink never issued that!
They took another payment, above the one written in the contract. They don't return the money, they respond with standard messages. They didn't unlock the phone! Negative company!
After the initial, very reasonable payment that you think is to unlock your phone, it's actually just an eligibility check to make sure all the information you provided is correct and your phone isn't blacklisted/listed as lost or stolen. Once that check is complete, you're hit with a much higher fee $122.00 USD in my case) to actually unlock the phone. I haven't decided if I'm going to take the plunge and pay the fee yet or not as I have 3 phones to unlock it will cost me $450 to do eligibility checks and unlock all 3 phones. On the flip side, it will cost me over $1000 to get out of my contract with AT & T and my bill is currently astronomical so I want to switch to a cheaper provider. If I decide to move forward with paying the unlock fee, I will come back here to update my review.
They told me that the payment was being processing and that I will get on Emil. They removed the payment from my bank account and she never did get her top up and I never did receive the Emil I try reaching out to them but there is no way to.they are a scam. It's ok have the 18$ it's not worth it you dogs
Funciona todo perfecto, la recarga llegó en menos de un minuto y sin problema!
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.
I have done two tops ups with them.
- first top up was 7gb of data for TELKOMSEL. This top up run up quite quickly and I thought that it was incorrect, but I was not 100% sure so as I run out of my data I proceeded for a second top up.
- second top up: I decided to buy a bigger package, 19gb, as I needed the data and I did not want to run out of data when I needed. As I had suspicions from the first top up that something went wrong, I decided to keep track of my usage, and as soon as my top up was added I restarted my data statistics on my phone to be sure of the data that I was to consume with this top up.
After 4gb were used, I received a message from the provider warning me that I had 500mb remaining. I proceeded to contact doctorsim customer support with all the evidence that I had: screenshots with the top up information, my data usage and the messages from the provider where you could clearly see that I was right. After asking for them to fix it, or give me a refund or a new top up, they ignored my requests and said that I had to contact the provider myself neglecting their customer and leaving me completely unattended after taking my money. I'm still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
If you value your money and your time: DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.
Hello Andres,
We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with doctorSIM.
Rest assured, we are dedicated to supporting you through this process and ensuring a satisfactory resolution. It's important to note that doctorSIM is a legitimate service known for actively seeking solutions. We are confident that if you've reached out, you likely have received or will receive a positive response from them.
All our top-ups are issued through the operator's own system. If you receive confirmation of an 8GB top-up, Telkomsel is the one applying that data volume to your number. Its usage is associated with the applications you use.
However, we have 100% confidence in your judgment when it comes to assessing your usage, and we stand with you when you say that if your top-up has been depleted too quickly, it is because you used it. We are ready to assist even when it is the operator applying that data and determining the consumption speed.
Please write an email to info@doctorsim.com with a new message subject "Top-up 8GB/19GB Telkomsel - For Nerea," indicating your request number. This will allow our product manager to review it and provide the solution expected from the quality of our service.
Thank you so much,
Nerea.
I went through Dr Sim to top up a sim I purchased in France. I topped up £20 because I had travelled to England and they didn't tell me until after the purchase was finalised that that sim was only good for France. When I asked for a refund they said sorry once the purchase has gone through you can't be refunded. Ha and their motto is Trust Us. Yes right. Thanks for nothing mongrels.
Tried to top up a phone. Took my money and set the top up on pause. Support is just a $#*!ing robot.
I had been struggling to top up my Orange France number since the Orange FR website only accepts French bank cards as payment method (pure nonsense). I had been going back and forth for weeks with their (useless) customer care representatives who kept taking 4-5 days to respond and then finally sent me off to buy a data plan when I needed credit. Finally found this site to buy my credit from and it worked exactly as needed. I normally don't leave reviews, but figured I would on this occasion since their seems to be a lot of bad ones here and I had a very positive experience. I'll definitely be using them again.
Beware...This site is a scam...didn't receive the credit on the phone.
They were happy to take my credit card payment, but I got nothing for it.

This company is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM! I should have went with another company. When I ordered it said 0-15 days, now they are saying business days which is 3 weeks. Ive never had an unlock take that long. Then, they offered a partial refund of $10 but the refund never came. They send emails saying they are "close" and my unlock request was processed "successfully" but I'm still waiting and no partial refund.
All they've done so far is take my money, offered a very partial refund, and not provided a service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. MY SAME COMAPLAINT HAS HAPPENED TO MANY OTHERS. I THOUGHT I'D BE DIFFERENT (THAT WAS A LIE) AND WAS DESPERATE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
Hello Wonetta,
Thank you very much for trusting our service
So they said they could unlock my phone, failed and then they refunded my money. Immediately after they charged me again and were trying to unlock it again without asking me or anything. Refund and a new charge at exactly the same time. Crooks
I gave this site 4 stars because, while they couldn't unlock my phone, there was no explanation as to why. I know the phone is not blacklisted. But they did at least respond to my inquiries and issued a full refund. I'd give this site a chance again if I need this service again.
I ordered a unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy s20 fe on March 24,2022. They charged me and almost a month later I sent an email just to find out the status and no response. Worst company ever.
These chips DO NOT WORK, MORE Scammers, I am tech savvy and they are liars, if it was specific to my IMEI, and they have my phone model and info of carrier then how in the world do they send a sim with 10 different instructions, then ask to change iccid 90 times nothing changes, No sim Supported, then say use android device! Like idiots the iccid is what you sent, if there's another setting make a video scamming a Holes
Hi John,
First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The UMS is designed to be configured automatically, but in the case in which this option is not successful, we provide you alternative troubleshooting steps.
After checking your order, as none of the alternative steps have worked, we have issued you the full refund, without the need to receive the video proof, as we are fully committed to our customers' needs and feedback, and it was clear you were not satisfied with the product.
Our only aim was to help you out, and make it work, this being the reason why we have tried all the alternative solution, but as none has worked, we have refunded you the full amount, without the video proof necessary, to prove you that we are not scammers, on the contrary, we're here for our customers, always, trying to find the best solutions.
We really hope the refund can make it up, at least partially, for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards!
Took 2 days. Didn't have to speak to anyone. I had an iPhone 12 Pro locked to att. It worked I'm so happy I don't have to retire my iPhone.
