First rental- style I like was in high demand, needed two extra weeks to arrive
Second rental- glasses came in scratched and with lens popped out
Third rental- style I like was in high demand, again. Delayed in shipment.
Disappointed. Canceled membership.
I did not use the virtual try-on but I did get a super deal on a pair of Chloe glasses to try Ditto out. Easy, no hassle purchase. Glasses were heading my way in record time. No issues with lenses. Super selection which could prove to be addictive in the long term!
