This is the second ond time using this site to unlock phones it's is simple and fast, both times I was quoted up to 3 days for the phones to be unlocked, both were completed within 24 hours.

The direct unlock is in Canada Kentucky what Canada is Canada, Kentucky is in the United States the phone number is +44 1782 ******* not in the USA is United Kingdom London +44 I know I was gonna get a scam, but I was so desperate to unlock my phone that I use this a scam website I should've just send the phone back when I bought it and save the $80 that I got scammed for… I tried to unlock a legit, google pixel 7 pro, with receive, and I got a scam for. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND THATS THERE PLAN. DIRECT UNLOCK If you want me to remove this contact me directly if you got my number.

The service was great, I entered the appropriate details and was advised when tracking the process that there may be 24 hours remaining, this was plenty fast enough for my requirements, and the service seemed to be working well, so I sat back to watch the tv. About half sn hour later I got an email saying that the process was complete, I entered the details into the phone and it unlocked in an instant. The process was very fast. Far faster then expected, and was very pleased with the efficient results. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs to unlock any phone without hassle, and at a very reasonable cost.

I paid two payments of 83 dollars plus one of 28.99 and they did not unlock my phone, I had to pay 50 dollars outside to unlock it. They send a program that does not open when installed, they are informed and they do not respond. They are a big scam.

The first transaction was $25, and they said I needed to pay for the next transaction to make it work. I paid €42, but even after 7 days, they still haven't been able to deliver. They don't respond to emails, and I've lost $75. I hope someone will report this to consumer protection as soon as possible.

They charge you $29 to "unlock" the phone. After you pay they run a "verification" and then ask you to pay $70 more to release the code to unlock your phone.

I do understand that theywere not able to unlock my phone, but i don't understand why they feel it is their right to keep my money. First of all they advertise a certain amount to unlock ($28.99), but then you come back and say that amount is to check. Then they charge even more ($45.00) (in my opinion Bait and switch). Then if it doesn't work, they say "you have a credit on our site" this is BS. I want my money back. I wouldn't have had to come to this site if the carrier would have unlocked it for me, and all they are doing is going to the carrier anyway. DirectUnlocks is a rip off.

They stole my money don't buy anything from them!

I first made the payment of $28.99 and received the following message:Unlock codes are ready

Thank-you for ordering your unlock codes from DirectUnlocks. We are pleased to inform you that your handset has passed the unlocking eligibility checks and the unlocking codes for your Poco X3 NFC **************), currently locked to MetroPCS USA, are now ready.

To release the codes for your device, please make the final unlocking payment of $45.00

Then they say my device is perfectly compatible and i have to pay another $48 for them to unlock my device.

So i went there and paid another $48 guess what. A day later they send me a message saying they couldn't unlock my device and won't return my money, they gave me a gift card with the amount I spent to spend on their website! I don't want a gift card I want my money back! This is a scam don't buy anything from them, theft. I'm going after my rights!

They make you pay the full amount by saying that all the information is correct and your device is perfect for unlocking and then they steal your money! And they give you back in the form of a gift card to use on their $#*!ing website! I'm going after my rights and I'm going to cancel the operation at the bank.

Easy though a bit pricey but they do what they promise

It charges twice and the first payment is just to show the status of the cell phone. It costs more than a new cell phone.

Absolute scam of a company and use coercive tactics to intimidate even when providing a supposed 100% money back guarantee. No money is returned and are intimidating me to not file a dispute or claim otherwise Iegal action will be taken against me... it's the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. Service was never rendered even when a test was paid for to validate.

Scam. They make the writing small and out of place that tells you there are multiple payments needed. Then once you pay the premium price they ask you for another 100 bucks and won't refund any money but as a credit forcing you to pay the difference they ask for and supposedly if it don't work then you POSSIBLY get a refund to card. Plus this takes DAYS! It's not instant. Just call the carrier and pay their fee. It's cheaper and shorter wait time. I'm now forced to go to bank and file fraudulent charges from a fraudulent site to get my hard earned American money back! Hey unlockdirects… Fix this and I might not share this to every platform known to man!

Total BS. $28.00 just to consider doing the job. A $45.00 bill awaits if you want it done. And iron Clad contract to screw people over. I hope bad things happen to these guys and people like them.

Read below and I'll explain how the scam works - the ONLY actual capability they have is to blacklist devices for the financial extraction of victims as part of the scam.

I am testing this unlocking service and am doing updates how it progresses. I've read the reviews and will continuously update how this goes. Hopefully they can do what they say and it's legit. Will update cross posts.

I am SIM locked to Verizon's network and want to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I ordered their "unlock check" today and have paid them twice. Lets see what happens.

5/16/23 - Ordered Service, paid $28 to "check" my IMEI.

5/16/23 - Got an email saying they are able to unlock my phone and to pay another….$45. That was paid and now I have a pretty 7 day countdown timer I have access to online.

Will update to five stars if it actually works.

Directunlocks contacts me through trustpilot and asks for my IMEI and my device is blacklisted 2 hours later. I counted the phone as a burner phone for this test so they can't manipulate me to pay them more for fear of them placing a fraudulent blacklist on my device. I simply don't care but my story is here as a cautionary tale to you. Just a snake oil scam.

This is a great scam. Got charged 30$ to see if my phone wasn't stolen or anything. Everything was okay, so they said you have to pay 60 to fully unlock the phone. 4 days later is no posible so I got an email saying that they will give me credit. Emailed them back and nobody responded. I contacted my bank so they will fight for me.

Bad business with Direct Unlock. You will pay first $23.88 for scan your phone to make sure your phone is eligible for unlock. Than a $45 charge to "unlock your phone" two days later you will receive an email saying that you phone was no be able to get unlock and your payment will no be return, but you money now are stuck with them. Than why you Pay $23.99 to scan your device for eligibility to unlock. The point its you will get stuck with $75 and a lock phone so don't use this site or any other site it looks like this one. You can thanks me later if the site don't offer money back please don't give it your money to this guys. I told you guys for experience lost $75
