We moved to the states and were mislead to believe my iPhone 6 was unlocked only to get here and learn it wasn't. My unlock took 2 weeks, more than 4 times the estimated time. The replies to my emails were very condescending and rude. True cost of the service is not explicit. Overall very unhappy.

I ordered to unlock my iphone frome vodafone uk. Price was £19.99 I payed for it and later I got email that I need to pay more £29.99. I didn't understood what for I must to pay. So if someone will take this service make sure that you read terms&conditions and £20 it is not last price. Also order should came in 48-72 hours. But I got it unlocked more later. I am happy just for that they finally unlocked it.

I paid the fee, sent the details, waited a few days, I Phone unlocked.

Unlock works, but i paid 50 pounds for icloud remover and that doesnt work. Phone is still blocked by icloud. Order status shows, that it is completed, but it isnt. I wrote you two emails with photo of the phone and didnt get any response

Very slow process time scale quoted nowhere near the time it took price wise very expensive did not see extra cost on web site

I'm not satisfied u guys charged me 100 something dollars and my phone still doesn't work worked for less than 24 hrs now I'm out a phone and my money not good customer service.

I was expecting the unlock process to be complicated but was surprised how simple and quick it was. Once I filled the form in with the correct details I had an email confirming, then followed by another one two days later to say it was unlocked. I was quoted an extra £20 a local dealer so thought it would be a complex procedure, quite the opposite. Excellent

Easy to complete on line form and payment. Emails arrived quickly to confirm order. Went a bit quiet then - orginal SLA was 24-48 hours but it took 4 days and so I was getting a bit nervous as you don't hear anything until they hear back from the supplier... but that's not their fault. So after a bit of nail biting I'm a very happy chappy

I'm always a little worried about using internet sites for these thing, you never no if they will work or just take your money. This has been a success and I would recommend them to anyone.

My iPhone 5 was unlocked in approximately 4 days, which I thought was quick although longer than the advertised 24-48 hours. It was quick and easy to do and I would use the site again if I needed to unlock a phone in future.

The phone was unlocked in 6 days but it could have been faster if I did not put the wrong IMEI;
