3 weeks since I've paid, my phone is not unlocked, they don't answer the phone after 30 mins(08 number) and the don't answer my emails
I spent too long time (more then 6mon) for unlock phone.
But they simple did.

I entered the required details and paid the fee, got my phone unlocked within 5 days, great service, one very happy customer. I would reccomend this service to my friends and family.

Phone was unlocked perfectly fine, however not in the time frame stated on the website. I was in no rush but it took nearly 3 times as long as they implied it would which couldve been problematic in some cases

The service was good the only complain that I have is that is not clear the cost of the service. Initially paid nearly £20 but after I was asked for another nearly £40. Will be nice if was clear that unlocking the phone will have cost me £60.
The experience was great and quick, I was informed in every step of the unlocking which was really good. Now my phone is unlocked and enjoying it. I have told a few of my friends to use the site to unlock their phones too. Price is reasonable.

I wasnt happy with the service as i payed £79.99 and had to wait almost a month for my phone to be unlocked. Very dissapointed with the lack of comminication regarding my order. At one point i believed id been scammed and lost my money as i received only one confirmation that i had placed my order and one email after to say you are processing my order. I spent over £10 to call the phone number and still waited for half an hour on the phone to say that the team is very busy and somebody will answer my call shortly. I gave up eventually. I will not be using this service again! I used this service due to the great customer ratings it had but very very dissapointed
It took more time than the time frame given but they keep me notifying about "what's happening ", the good of all is that my phone get unlocked
Nice and simple to get the phone unlocked. Information via e-mail or online order status keeps you informed at each step. Timings explained from the start on how long it can take and it took the expected time to sort it out, but great all unlocked. Thanks
