I was amazingly easy. I paid the fee's and in 2 and a half days they sent me 2 codes to unlock my phone. I entered in the first one, and just like that, boom, unlocked. Direct Unlocks saved me approx. $1000. THANK YOU!

This company is a scam. They charged me $29 initially and then informed me I had to pay an additional $50.00 as their website indicated. Since I did not read the information fully and paid the additional $50, guess what. They made it look like they could unlock my phone with a 24-hour countdown clock from another carrier that was the incorrect carrier. Then within one day the 24 hour clock read 22 hours for two days. The best yet it took one week in total to inform me that they could not unlock my phone and not give me a refund only a credit to use on their site for future business in which I will never use. Please try to avoid this scam site and don't waste your time for they are not unlocking any phones.

Don't be fooled by these ratings. They're probably rating themselves. DirectUnlocks is a huge scam, and I pity those who will still fall victim to these deceitful practices. They will charge you an initial amount of $28, calling it an eligibility check, but in my case, my router wasn't even locked to the network they mentioned (MTN). It was locked to Rain. This shows their complete lack of professionalism and honesty.
Please, good people, avoid them at all costs and save your hard-earned money. The positive ratings you see here are likely fabricated by the scammers themselves to lure unsuspecting victims. They have a network of accounts on Trustpilot that post fake positive reviews to make their scam look legitimate. Do not fall for their traps. Spread the word and warn others about these fraudulent activities. DirectUnlocks is a menace to consumers, and their business practices are unethical and predatory. I gave them my money I expected to have my phone unlocked I waited nearly a week nothing happened I called them they refuse to take my calls blocked me and have never contacted me again and have taken $80 from me I am so upset I can't even begin to tell you they are so rude and so disrespectful and they are thieves

Having tried to install a new sim into an old phone I was struggling to get it activated. Having realised the phone was sim locked I found Direct Locks. My suspicious nature questioned their claims. Having submitted the details I got a quick response confirming that remote unlock was possible. Having submitted the appropriate fee it only took a few minutes to see the phone unlocked and fully functional. I am extremely grateful that the service was exactly as claimed. It has meant my elderly mother has access to my old iPhone giving her access to the world and reassurance she can call for medical help.

I am one of the biggest skeptics out there when it comes to these kind of services. I was on my last day of my service with Verizon getting tired of their overpriced billing but still owing $700 on my phone I was in desperate need to switch carriers, but did not have enough for my phone! What an amazing service this is! First and foremost, the first $29 payment is just to do an eligibility check and it will cost you another 50 after but for $80 my phone was unlocked within 15 minutes and 30 minutes later I signed up with a new carrier for $50 a month! Initial cost of £11.99 was amazing, a bit of a shock to then get a final payment of £26 before you receive the unlock code.
That said the whole process could not have taken an hour and it worked!
