I paid the premium 104.00 total for unlock through at&t and received and email telling it was officially unlocked and I go to my cell phone company to put in sim and it's not unlocked!
This service is a scam and do not use as they look for more money. They say unlock your ICloud for £14.99 and then look for another £30. I have reported them to BBC watchdog and trading standards uk. POEOPLE stay away from this scam.

This is a shady business. They advertise a cheap price to unlock your phone, and its very unclear that after paying this price, there is another charge to finish the process. After discovering this, i decided to not bother; however, they offered me a cheaper deal so i changed my mind. Paid the new lower price, but it turned out to be another "pre-order".
They ignored my emails when i told them the problem, didnt refund me anything, didnt unlock my phone, and have done their best to remove any bad review i post about them. AVOID.
Was initially skeptical at first, considering that unlocking a docomo iPhone 6+ is nearly impossible. I paid to pre-order the unlock and I was genuinely shocked when the unlock came through. Very happy with the service and the fact that it delivered on its promises. It took about a week but that small wait is better than having a $1300 brick. Now I can finally use the docomo iPhone that I bought in Japan. Would recommend this service without hesitation.
I was using iPhone 6 SoftBank Japan. After much research in internet I narrowed it to Officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and it exceeded my expectations. My iPhone got unlocked within a week and I can track the status through online also. Never had any issues with unlock and now I can use any sim without worrying.

Took around 4days to unlock my iPhone6 - didn't read anywhere that you had to pay two fees(that's why I'm giving it 4 stars) but maybe that is because I didn't read it through properly.
