Buyer beware. Directunlocks charges $77 to unlock your phone. May as well just buy use this to buy another phone that is already unlocked or find a different service.

Is a SCAM service, you pay and they say that is valid for unlock, then say that phone is in LOST mode and it's completely FALSE, phone is in CLEAN mode.

They collected about $90 from me via BITCOIN and talk me my iPad will be unlocked in 48hrs. After payment no responds from them what so ever. Sending me scripted email. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

First they make you believe that you're paying $23 after that they will ask you to pay additional for direct unlock. Thieves

I've been waiting on an unlock for over 4 months. Every attempt to contact them about it results in a copy paste response saying that it takes 5 to 7 days and be patient. The process has been sitting at 99% complete now for the last month. This place is a goddamn scam.

This page is a scam. They take money from you they don't offer you any service and then they don't answer you anymore. No refund money wasted and taken to sit and for two months that they do not unlock my phone and do not give me any more money...

Don't deal with them, they are scammers. Don't believe them about the the payment. They charge me $26 and they sent an email to pay another $30 to get the unlocking code. That's insane. When I asked them why they said that they mentioned that when I made the first payment which is not true. Scammers Scammers Scammers...

Please don't trust this guys. They just reply to you to drag things but you won't ever get your phone unlocked.

Dear users, beware of this site, I bought the iphone 12 mini(USA locked) unlocking service from this site on Aug 9,2022. Initially they asked me to pay £19.99 for unlock verification, once paid, I got another email saying phone is eligible and asking to pay £35.00 to unlock the phone. I paid for it. Within 3-4 days the status got changed to 99% and the time frame to unlock is 12 hours. I saw the same message for another week. Post I have sent email to customer care on Aug 23, they replied on Aug 26, nicely saying it'll be unlocked in next 12 hours i. E. what status shows. Again I have another email on Aug 30, they replied back saying it'll be unlocked in another 12 hours. Post multiple emails I do not see any progress, now the status shows imminent and unlocking time frame is 12 days.

I request you all from USA and other continents, please keep in mind before buying service from directunlocks site.

This is a clear scam company, they will take your money and make you wait 2 months and tell you that your phone is black listed even though that it is not and they won't refund you the money

Ok, so they tell you all the good thing but they can't unlock the phone! I've been waiting and waiting almost 6 months but still the phone is not unlocked! Yes I contacted to customer service and they always say "some unexpected error happened and delayed"! Well they told me that the phone would be unlocked within a day, a week, 14 days every time I ask and never ever unlocked! The expected processing time keeps playing with you by showing 14 days, 3 days, 1 day and go back to 14 days again! Again guys, don't waste your money and time. These people are joke. All of my friends are also ripped off by these guys. They should be banned!

Well after 70 something spent was not unlocked but communication has stop. What a scam. I wouldn't waste my money on this.

I sent a email to them and some Tim replay me telling me that I need to wait 2 days more.

But those 2 days already passed one weak ago. I already pay $25 then they asked me to pay $39 US dollars more.

I am here not for the money. I just angry that they are scamming people.
