I had to switch carriers and my old carrier could not unlock my phone so I panicked direct unlock
Unlocked my phone super fast like less then a day phone is all the way unlocked

Do not use. Absolutely do not

They charge one price. Make no mention of future charges. They try to hide behind "oh, in page 2 of checkout, you should have seen a tiny link to click which explains (our shady practices.)

Notice there's no mention of future charges anywhere on the checkout screens.

Do not be scammed like I was.

Took the premium service to get my phone unlocked from ICloud which they told me they could do even barred ones... paid £99 an up till now no response from them, emailed them a few times, but still no response, they lie, just to get your money, then say they'll issue you a credit note, if they can't unlock your phone, but don't respond, when you contact them...don't waste your time or money with them, fraudulent

Don't even use their service. I bought iPhone icloud unlock service. Starting it was 28Euro for Imei checking after the result they asked me to pay another 30Euro then after paying I got mail that it was reported as stolen and lost which was mentioned in the first check which I paid 28euro then after 2 days I got mail that premium service available which was 100euro I had already paid almost 60euro then they asked me to pay 50Euro to unlock the device they mentioned it will be 100percent it will take 90days to unlock now it's been more than 5months and in the tracking section, it showed 99% 1month ago it started showing reported as stolen cant unlock the device. In the first report, it showed blacklisted but now after paying 3times still they are saying blacklisted and can't unlock the device. You can check their website using my IMEI on the tracking page.
So don't use their services

This company will try charge you twice...

First charge me $28 for "eligibility". But later at 50% of the process, tray to charge $48! For "release your code".

Hidden cost, not upfront prices, no full refund... very disappointed

PS: Right now the company send an email "punishing me" because I'm "doesn't ask for unlocking code". And... "As a goodwill gesture" give me (instead of a full refund) a credit note to use inside the company...

I will never buy nothing here and surely will rate this company the lowest review available

After submitting your IMEI for unlocking, we have had response from our provider that this device does not ask for an unlocking code when an incompatible sim card is inserted, and instead requires unlocking via a Device Unlock App

As such, it is not possible to unlock this device with a remote unlock code via IMEI.

Prior to purchase, our website states that if your device doesn't ask for a code, we won't be able to unlock it nor offer a card refund due to costs incurred (see screenshot).

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They charge you 28 dollars and then another 42 dollars. I paid both of these and then they said I needed to get premium service to unlock for 230$ and offered no refund. Scammers

They hide the secondary cost in the very fine print. It's also misleading because it says "Unlock Now" when it should say click for eligibility scan. It's a scam don't use it. I didn't bother to pay the second fee. That's usually how black mail works. You keep paying for more and more and never get what you're paying for.

I wanted to unlock my IPhone X because I will be traveling. I made a payment of $29.43, then they asked for another payment of $72.39 because apparently the first payment was just to check if it qualifies for the unlocking. The second payment is to unlock the phone. After 10 DAYS they said that my phone has been hard lock and their "refund" is just using the money on their page. When I paid for the service it just said that refund was going to be provided if service didn't work but that's not true! They stopped responding my emails! 1 star still too much for this people!

Very bad experience. When their system doesn't work they don't refund you. They don't even answer when you try yo reach them by mail and I try many time. Just wasteful and unworthy. Probably a scam...

READ the fine print- it's not just $28.00- its more money IF they unlock your phone. If not unlocked you are not getting your money back. You will have to fight them. 100% money back guarantee? NOPE
You will have a credit to use their service but you won't use it and you'll forget and they will keep your money. JUST DON'T and go elsewhere. No replies when you ask for your money back- Sorry you've been ROBBED- bugger off!
ALSO- if you complain they threaten to BLACKLIST your phone. Check it out!

You pay $28 then the ask for $55 then they ask for sim unlock fee only for them to say they can't help you.

You must make a payment in advance in order to actually get "serviced". I paid for the Initial fee and then there was another one that they did not mention, or that I was not aware of. So then, I tried to refund afer I had been made aware, but uh oh, transation has already gone through and nnd now I'm down 39$, Thanks.

Basically they charge you $28 to just look up your phone and see if it is eligible. You can do that for free. Stupid tack on cost. Then they charge you $42 to actually unlock it. I probably should have done more thorough reading on what I was buying but the main reason I'm there is to unlock the phone not to see if it's eligible.

They ask for more money in 4 different stages in order to unlock your i Phone, First they ask for
$4.80, Then $28.90, just to start to process! Then they ask you to pay $43 & after 40 hours they ask for another $43 to finish the job!. I paid all but after 2 days no result. No response to my several emails & messages!. They are Universal Professional Thieves.
