Nice keyboard shopped

At this price, the thing is VERY good. Materials look good, there's a gum cover over the keyboard that's good to keep it clean, both mouse and keyb work well from 2 meters distance from receiver.

I'll gladly recommend this site. I've received most of the orders without any problem and when there's a problem Customer Service responded quickly. Either you can get full refund or they'll resend the order for free.

A wide variety of products you can purchase from the website. It is just like a cyber department store. Usually the products are sent out within a week if the products customers ordered are in stock. But many times the products that I order are out of stock, and they don't indicate it and they still charge me money. After waiting for three weeks to a month when I never receive my product, I sent a message to the website via online chat and they told me that the product I ordered was out of stock. They don't have refund policy, but rather keep the money I paid as a credit in my account where they call it "Dino Wallet".
Next time if you want to purchase a product from this website, go to their online chat, chat with their staffs and make sure the product you want is in stock before putting order, so that you don't have to wait in vain.
I advice the company must update their website regularly, specially the availability of the products.

During February 2013 I order a HD IP camera, and paid extra for an express delivery (within 7days delivery). Unfortunately for me this order was during the Chinese Year celebrations.
It arrived 4 weeks later, with an Australian plug adapter even though I order an UK plug adapter.
To add to this I didnt receive the exact model and make of camera. Instead the camera had no make. They informed me that they ran out of stock (this added to the delay), even though the website said it was available.
I complained by livechat (6am to 8am GMT), several times one for the delay of arrival, then plug adapter. They offered $10 voucher for the delivery charge. I paid more than $10 for express delivery. As I complained about two things they were only allowed to refund me for one of the issues.
In the end they only offered to pay for the uk plug adapter (I bought myself).

I had 2 order from dinodirect.com. Both order arrived 18 days after order, with magnetic bookmark as a gift (without tracking number).
A order an underwear and a LED necklace.

The products are goods in the site, but a little bit more expensive than some of the similar site.

I had very stressful 2 months with Dino and would never shop there again! I bought two bridesmaids dresses in same style and colour (Lavender), one in size 2 and another size 6. When they arrived, the colours were different. As obviously I can't have my bridesmaids wear dresses in different colours, I asked them for replacement. They agreed to re-send a size 6 in the same color as the size 2. Tragically enough when the replacement dress turned up, it was still the same color as the first size 6 and didn't match the size 2. Naturally I was not impressed but what amazed me the most was how incompetent their customer service was. Firstly she told me the reason two dresses colours didn't match was because one was in lavender and another in shallow purple. But shallow purple was not even an option on the color chart. Then next day she told me they could only make size 6 in lavender and size 2 in shallow purple (a ghost color). Then next day she said she would resend me a size 6 in lilac which was shallow purple. Then next day she told me lavender was shallow purple. Up to that point I had heard enough of her nonsense and totally lost faith in them. I was adamant to get my money back despite their many attempts to settle the matter by offering me petty $5 gift card! I sent back all the dresses now at my own expenses and only got a partial refund after many dissatisfying postings on their Facebook page! My advice to you - stay away!

Use Paypal for this website at least. Please don't use their customer service because they will systematically cheat you with delay replies and gift card that cannot be activated. Make sure you claim dispute with Paypal before 45 days even if you are told that you will received gift card for the defective item. Because the gift card cannot be activated on the 46th day. So always claim dispute with Paypal once something is not right. Once after 45 days Paypal will ask you to wait for another 180 days to decide whether to help you.

I ordered curtains for my daughters room about 2 weeks ago. I paid $26 for shipping and was promised that it would be shipped out within 1-3 days, then arrive within 3-7 days. I called them 3 times so far. The first two times they say that they are just very busy and to wait... well then DONT charge so much money for shipping and redo your estimated shipping time! After the 3rd time, and after threatening to cancel my order, they gave me the $26 back, but Im still waiting for my items. I will NOT order from them again, the curtains alone were $86 and it won't be worth it to ship back to China if I don't like them. I bought a new house and wanted to show off her room with these curtains, but I can't do that until they ACTUALLY arrive. The shipping is WAY slow. SO disappointed. Will NEVER recommend or buy from them again.

Terrible Customer Service after ordering two items. The products arrived after a very long wait... one broken and the other needing batteries not available in the USA.
DinoDirect.com has ignored repeated multiple requests for help. They took my money, but will not respond to any emails asking for either a replacement or my money back.
I would suggest extreme caution when considering doing business with DinoDiect.com if my experience is an indication of their level of Customer Care.

This website sucks! Your order will never show up. They tell you to wait a few extra days... Well it's been a month and a half. Still trying to get a refund. Now they will not answer my e-mails. This company is in hong kong. I will only buy from the U.S.A. from now on. DINO DIRECT SUCKS!
