While I LOVE the Kohls store, my online experience has not been great. Ive made two orders in the past two weeks, and THREE of my items have had mistakes made by Kohls. One item was sent to a completely different person because their warehouse screwed up. Another is lost in the mail. And the last item they sent to my BILLING address which is not where Im staying right now, and the order CLEARLY says that the shipping address is seperate from the billing address. Very disappointed. Kohl's is NOT doing everything they can to satisfy their customer and they just lost an online customer in me. I'll still shop in store, but Im done online.

My husband ordered me an $80 Valentine's Day package which included 2 dozen long stem roses, a teddy bear, chocolates, and shower gel & shower beads. This totaled $80! They have a 7 day guarantee that the flowers will last. Well, 5 days later the flowers were dying, despite me adding flower food and changing the water every other day. I called them about it and they said they would refund me the flower cost, which seemed fine since I still had the bear, chocolates, etc. They refunded me only $29.99. So they are saying that $50 was the small bear, chocolates, and shower gel...all of which looked like it was from the dollar store?! I dont think so! Just for 2 dozen roses on Valentines day it was over $40, so how do I only get $30 back? BECAUSE THEIR GUARANTEE MEANS NOTHING. Also over $10 to ship. Rip off. Go to Walmart or the grocery store for your hunny, get flowers JUST as beautiful and deliver them yourself, and save probably $30+!

I ordered curtains for my daughters room about 2 weeks ago. I paid $26 for shipping and was promised that it would be shipped out within 1-3 days, then arrive within 3-7 days. I called them 3 times so far. The first two times they say that they are just very busy and to wait...well then DONT charge so much money for shipping and redo your estimated shipping time! After the 3rd time, and after threatening to cancel my order, they gave me the $26 back, but Im still waiting for my items. I will NOT order from them again, the curtains alone were $86 and it won't be worth it to ship back to China if I don't like them. I bought a new house and wanted to show off her room with these curtains, but I can't do that until they ACTUALLY arrive. The shipping is WAY slow. SO disappointed. Will NEVER recommend or buy from them again.

I am an HONEST puppy breeder/seller and someone on this site STOLE my pictures from another puppy ad site, listed them for sale for free, and now certain buyers are thinking I am a scam. The site DOES say that any puppy listed for free is a scam, but they arent taking responsibility for people stealing honest seller's pictures. There is NO way to contact the website coordinators either. Very frustrating that I can't remove my puppy's pictures from this site...even though I didnt post them.

THIS SITE IS 100% FAKE!!! They advertise that they are 100% AUTHENTIC and that satisfaction is guaranteed. They are FAKE, there is no phone number you can call, and there is no answer to my emails stating I am unhappy that they are fake. I contacted the REAL coach store and they stated that this is a fake distributor and that they arent affiliated with them. To make matters WORSE...even if you don't mind a cheap knockoff, they arent exactly as pictured. The "C's" go in different directions, "coach" is misspelled on the purse (and not in the online pics), AND there are different designs than the one I ordered. I wouldnt mind AS much if the purses looked like what I ordered...but they are FAKE and look different. Customer service = AWFUL. Avoid...its not even worth paying for these knockoffs.

I ordered from the site coachoutlete.com and realized the purses are ABSOLUTELY fake after I received them in the mail. They arent answering emails for me to be able to return the products (even though they advertise 100% authentic and satisfaction guaranteed). There is NO phone number to call. EVEN WORSE- the purses are even different from what I ordered, not even knockoffs that look exactly like the pics. AWFUL. STAY AWAY.
