After two times ordering form this company I have had enough. The first time the order never came and they had to resend it after I had to wait over a month ( was supposed to be a Christmas gift) The second time I had to wait again and did not receive the product. I was told they could resend if I paid again! I got generic responses from the contact team and now have a very disappointed child. I have found a new site which has been very reliable.
Purchased the 10 tallest buildings coloring book for my 10 y/o granddaughter for Valentines Day. The story is interesting and educational about buildings all over the world. Also bought her color markers. She loved that her name and her sister's name was all throughout the book. Great buy

I purchased two Groupon vouchers for Personalised Soft Cover Story Books. I paid for them both straightaway by Paypal. One apparently is in the post. The other is in my cart waiting to be paid for, but I have a receipt for my payment. They have ignored all my emails. I did an online chat with someone who was completely useless. I had to await 30 mins to speak to her, I was on the chat-line for another 30 mins, and she did nothing except tell me someone would look into it. Why couldn't she look into it?

I should have researched this company first before ordering anything from them, but I thought because they have a deal on Groupon they must be legit right? WRONG! I ordered a personalized Christmas book for my nephew on 12/15/17. I received an email on the 18th stating it had been completed and to expect it within 5-14 business days. No big deal, well it's now 01/03/18 and I am still waiting for my book! They used DHL yo deliver the book. Which from past reviews they have lost books for them. So my book left Arizona on the 18th, ended up in my city in the 23rd, and was then sent to a completely different city on the 28th? And it's just sitting there. This company is a joke and I will never order from them again and I sure will not recommend them to anyone else. Groupon should be notified that this company is awful!

I ordered 2 personalized storybooks on a Tuesday, and received them on a Saturday (with standard shipping)! Also, I could not find the place to use a promotional code when I ordered online, so I contacted Dinkleboo, and in less than 24 hours, they applied my discount code, and adjusted my order so that I got a refund. I recently made a purchase after I happened upon this company through a groupon deal. I received my order, within the time frame estimated, only to discover I was missing a label from the sheet. I contacted customer service and an employee, Kayla, promptly responded and had dinkleboo resend me a full sheet of labels, which i received within a week. Amazing customer service! I am very pleased with the labels. They look exactly how they did on the site and stick very well to fabric. I am only giving dinkleboo a 4 out of 5 because without a groupon, i find the labels to be a bit expensive. But i like the variety of designs and texts to really be creative and make the labels something your kids will enjoy.

After purchasing a Groupon for this company, I quickly found out that it is very difficult to create a photo blanket. I worked for T hree days trying to figure it out by chatting with a representative or emailing customer service, I still couldn't create a blanket. They told me to use Google Chrome, to create an account, and to create the blanket off of a computer instead of a mobile device. I did all three, but was still unsuccessful in getting any pictures to move to the project. Groupon was wonderful refunding my money, however, I strongly suggest to use collage.com instead. They are easy to create and the quality is wonderful!
Hello Cheryl - I'm sorry you had problems with the blanket builder. Typically the process is fairly easy and can be completed within about 15 minutes. The hardest part is usually selecting which photo fits best within each of the photobox's on the blanket templates. Otherwise you should just be able to select the photo you want to use and then click on the photo box you want the photo in and the photo auto-populates to that selected area. I've searched for your correspondence with one of our reps but with just a first name last initial it is not coming up for me. I wanted to ensure you were being given clear direction.

I was thrilled with my photo blankets, they are gorgeous. Obviously for the price they are not the world's hardiest blankets, and are more for decoration and the novelty of giving, and wouldn't survive rugged use, but my recipients of them were thrilled.

You will be so happy to know that I ordered a blanket of our family dog that passed away last November for my daughter's Christmas present and she takes that blanket everywhere. It has been camping, to her sporting events, on our spring break trip and in turn through the wash many times still looks fantastic. The colors are still pretty vibrant! So I certainly hope your recipients enjoy their blanket as much as she loves hers. Another great thing about the blankets is they fold up fairly slim so they don't take up a ton of room when your traveling with them. They fit really nicely in a traveling shoulder bag.:-)

I ordered 2 personalized books for my granddaughter. They shipped them UPS to Canada Post. UPS says delivered we never received them, UPS and Canada Post say to contact the sender. After 3 emails to Dinkleboo all I get is a link to click that when I do says the page no longer exists. No way to contact them.
I ordered 4 books from dinkleboo, 2 separate orders each order with 2 books. I continue to be missing a book from each order which the website said guaranteed christmas delivery if ordered by dec 13 for ground shipping. I placed both orders on Dec 7, well within the christmas delivery deadline. I contacted customer service on Dec 18th and again on Dec 23, looking for tracking numbers for all the books and was told 2 of the books do not have tracking numbers. Both times I was also told the books will show up by christmas if thats what they said. It is now December 26th and I did not have my gifts for my nieces on christmas. I was so excited to get these for them, and now the stories are late. Very poor customer service and very hard to talk with a real person. Very disappointed

I received the last of the books I order today. In my error I ordered the most important one soft cover. Kayla not only helped non-tech savvy grandmother through the steps I needed to, she was VERY patient when I missed steps. She even reset my password that I forgot for my last step, then she did the rest. The book is reordered and a 92 yr old will be thrilled that he is in the book he is buying for my 3 yr old granddaughter. I am so greatful for people like her on the other side of the phone (it doesnt happen very often to have this high of standards in customer service anymore)

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
