I should have researched this company first before ordering anything from them, but I thought because they have a deal on Groupon they must be legit right? WRONG! I ordered a personalized Christmas book for my nephew on 12/15/17. I received an email on the 18th stating it had been completed and to expect it within 5-14 business days. No big deal, well it's now 01/03/18 and I am still waiting for my book! They used DHL yo deliver the book. Which from past reviews they have lost books for them. So my book left Arizona on the 18th, ended up in my city in the 23rd, and was then sent to a completely different city on the 28th? And it's just sitting there. This company is a joke and I will never order from them again and I sure will not recommend them to anyone else. Groupon should be notified that this company is awful!
