I ordered books 2-3 weeks ago for my nieces and nephew and I haven't recieved any emails from them so I don't know what is going on with my order or where it is. I've tried calling multiple times and emailing with no response. We are celebrating with them on the 18th and I will be furious if I have to go spend more money just so they have gifts on that day. Get it together Dinkleboo!
I was pleasantly surprised at what great costumer service this company has. I ordered a story book and did not see that you can to add a dedication. I was very disappointed about this as i wanted to make the book super special and adorable for my sisters.
I emailed dinkleboo and they offered me a special coupon to use in my next order as they were unable to still add the dedication for me.
I have not yet seen the printed book but i have no doubt that it will be amazing and my sisters will be overjoyed.
They have the cutest products! Have recommended this personalised story book to many friends of mine as a easy sweet present for any child they know.
Found them from groupon, the coupon and site were easy to use. I chose the longest shipping and it still got to me sooner then expected.
My niece is my brothers daughter and they both love swimming and Dory is her favorite movie. So having a the chance to have the book say her name and have it be dad was the reason i choose to buy it
It is very hard to find a book with a girl and her dad so this will be a great present. The art work is adorable and the cover is great.

I have wanted to order a personalized children's book for my niece for a while and I have visited several sites. The books were too expensive and the process was too time consuming. Through no fault of Dinkleboo, my order was returned to the company. The address I listed for delivery just had my name and my work address. It didn't include my company's name. Our local postal service has recently hired a lot of new carriers and they didn't realize that I worked for Lewis Communications. LaQuita M reached out to me via email to let me know that my package had been returned to them. What a pleasant experience it was to deal with someone polite, professional and very helpful. She has it all going on and will resend my order to me.

I purchased a groupon on Black Friday for a personalized childrens book and ordered a book for my granddaughter. I received an email the next day saying it had shipped but there was no tracking information. When I ordered the book I chose the economy shipping which says it could take 14-21 days. I was "lucky" that I received it in 12 days. I feel that the quality of this book is very poor for the amount that you pay. There are no cover pages in the front or back of the book. You open the book and the story is right there. I would have liked a cover page to right something for my granddaughter. It just looks very cheesy and cheap. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

My 3 year old grandson loves the book about the Race Car. He is so excited his name is in the book, and we have to read it daily! Also he learned the lesson about playing fair! Pictures are colorful quality is great. I got paperback. I also got the Red Shoes for one year old granddaughter. Cute story.

The books themselves are poor quality and the company charges a ridiculous amount for shipping for barely any weight. I thought the book would be delivered quicker because of the high price in shipping but it wasn't. I ordered 2 books for my two year old son and accidentally put my name in one of the books and the company didn't not even offer to have it replaced at a lower cost. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The cost of the book is probably pennies but they did not care. Companies like this don't deserve to grow and will not grow.
I bought a groupon to create a photo blanket with Dinkleboo. Unsure of how it would turn out, I was a little nervous (especially because it was a x-mas gift for my mommy).
But when I got the blanket it was perfection. The pictures were clear and concise. The blanket was super soft and clean.
To top it off, my mommy loved it.

I'm a first time customer and was trying to buy 5 children's books. I had a promo code, but somehow entered it wrong, or entered it twice and it essentially invalidated my discount and I wasn't able continue with any kind of discount. We have had the labels for a few weeks now and are very pleased. Daughter had fun picking out the design. Size, quality, and colors are great! We use the labels mainly for water bottles and snack and lunch containers and they are holding up well in the dishwasher.
