I used Dinkleboo to make two books on a recent trip to Mexico that we shared with friends. I couldn't be happier with the final result and our friends were thrilled to receive a copy illustrating our trip.
And, when I had difficulty adding text, customer service quickly solved my problem. I'm confident that I'll use them again.
This was my second order with this company as I was thrilled with the quality of the first order, fabulous personalized Christmas ornaments. I ordered four personalized Christmas books for my four grand children in plenty of time. Was told the books had been delivered but my son said they didn't come. After several emails with the company and a few calls to post offices, we figured out I had the wrong address and the books fell off the radar for a while, but the company kept me informed every step of the way.
Eventually, the books were returned to the company, re-addressed and sent out again! The correspondence went back and forth at least 12 times! Now that's GREAT service. So glad to report that the books arrived, and were given as "after Christmas" presents.

These stick on great, but the words and picture all came off the first time I washed them. I put them on the top rack and did not use high heat as the directions said.
Update: They sent me a new set and these have been amazing so far! I think it was just a faulty set the first time.

I purchased a Groupon ($30 value) and when you go to their site they have discount codes for EVERYTHING. A SOFT COVERED BOOK IS 25.00. With the code you can get it for 6.99. But you cannot use your Groupon with the codes they have. I could have gotten a book. Deck of cards and name labels and more without a Groupon. With it, in getting a deck of cards, for 29.99. Plus 5.99 shipping. RIP OFF

Yes we do typically have some great promotions running on our site! And while you are correct, you cannot use a voucher in conjunction with the site promotions, those site promotions are available to you anytime you chose to use them. Now in looking at your order, we show the voucher used for to obtain your playing cards ($30 value) was a promotion from 2015 and did offer up to $30 in product value for the purchase of a $10 voucher. So you should have only paid $10 for your voucher at that time which allowed you to purchase up to $30 retail on the website. Please let me know if what I am seeing in our backend isn't accurate. I love the name stickers and wish I bought these for my first child when he was a baby. Now on baby #3 I finally purchased for daycare bottles. The stickers are perfect and do not come off in the dishwasher. Plus they are so cute!

The hardest part of the whole process was deciding what book to pick! The whole process is simple and quick. The books were high quality. I highly recommend the hardcover because you will want to keep these - the kids loved them! The stories are cute too!

I purchased books from Dinkleboo over three weeks ago using a Groupon voucher for one book and my credit card for another, three weeks later, I never received the personanilised books for my son. I have sent messages to this company asking about my purchase & have only received automated replies. I would advise you to "NOT" buy anything from this company as it appears that they are dishonest!

I have two toddlers and bought the name labels for they bottles and pretty much everything they want to distinguish theirs. The stickers stick on really well and never washed off. I reordered some more and also bought the personalized books and clothing labels. It was on sale. Great deals all the time.

I ordered 4 soft cover books. One was for my son and the other 3 are birthday gifts. My son loved his book and the mother of 2 little boys also loved their books. I have not given the last book yet. The mom of the 2 little boys was so impressed that she asked for the information so that she can order more books. They all turned out super cute, and are great quality. The kids loved to hear/read their names throughout the story. I love that some of books have the option of adding mom, dad, a family member, or friend. It was also great that I could select the skin tone for the books, that is an option that I have never seen for personalized books. I was also impressed with how quickly they were printed and shipped.

I bought these books for my niece and nephews who love to "read" being that they are 4,2, and 4mos. Old. But they will bring any book to you so you can read with them. I cannot wait to see their faces when they hear their names as part of the story. These are part of their Christmas gift from us. Books are adorable and much better than I thought. Hi my order was placed on 05/12/2015. My friends in Aust and UK have received their orders. I have yet to hear anything for my order. Not sure if I am going to get the Christmas ornaments by Christmas... if not, I don't know where else these ornaments can go...

Most orders take about 14 days to deliver if they are international. I am seeing items arrive as early as 9 days though and as long as 21 days although these two arrive times are much fewer than that 14 day mark.
