This was my second order with this company as I was thrilled with the quality of the first order, fabulous personalized Christmas ornaments. I ordered four personalized Christmas books for my four grand children in plenty of time. Was told the books had been delivered but my son said they didn't come. After several emails with the company and a few calls to post offices, we figured out I had the wrong address and the books fell off the radar for a while, but the company kept me informed every step of the way.
Eventually, the books were returned to the company, re-addressed and sent out again! The correspondence went back and forth at least 12 times! Now that's GREAT service. So glad to report that the books arrived, and were given as "after Christmas" presents.
