I had been searching for a 4 pound can of a particular brand of protein powder and Dietary Depot's site said they had 2 cans left so i ordered them. The price was about right (i have been ordering this for years) so I did not bother to scrutinize the order other than the price (my bad). Turns out they sent a 2 pound cans for the price of the 4 and said that's their price. Frankly, that is a bate and switch tactic and they are not the kind of company I wish to do business with again. They may have made a sale for double the price once but that's the last time I will ever order anything from this dishonest company! Be forewarned.

Very disappointed in this company. Not only did they ship the product to the wrong address, I was traveling and needed it sent to me not my billing address, they sent the wrong product. I have proof on my order of the address I provided for delivery plus the actual product I ordered. I emailed the contact us link and Vicky emailed me a couple of times saying "I will handle this ASAP" then nothing. I have emailed many times as well as leaving messages for Vicky. I want to return the product since its wrong and I want my money back. This is a horrible business attitude. This has been going on Since late August, Dietary Depot when will you be upstanding and correct your errors. You have a strict return policy for the customer if they make an error but you are not willing to fix your errors.

Contacted them day after placing an order; order was in unfulfilled status, asking them to Cancel and Refund me. They got back with me within minutes and said YES - would do that. They ended up Charging me and sending the item. After emailing back and forth, still NO refund. Told them I didn't want item. Didn't listen to my wishes and took my money.

Haven't received yet

Sadly I haven't received the product yet. I am assuming that the tracking number given to me was a duplicate. The product I tracked was delivered to Stockton Ca totally different zip code from where I'm at. I will rate the product again when I receive it. Hopefully soon.

Excellent buy

I purchased this exact jar locally for $98, then found this online for $42. It is helping to ease the pain in my partially torn tendons in my elbows. I only ordered one to be sure it was the same product. I will be ordering it again!

Incomplete Order

My order was incomplete and missing 18 out of 20 items that I ordered. When I reached out to the company I was told flat out that they sent what I ordered (which they did not). I am still trying to resolve the issue but so far I am not impressed with the customer service.

No communication related to delays in shipping.

While the product was on clearance, it should have been communicated that shipping was delayed. I had to email multiple times to get confirmation of shipment.

Undelivered

My order was place 8-31-2017 and I haven't received it as of 9-9-2017. The email said it will be delivered 9-9-2017. It's 2:53 pm. You promised 3 to 5 day delivery. Because its taking so long the product should be free. THANK YOU!

The Crystal deodorant towelettes are hard to find, so after searching on many sites I see they are available at Dietary Depot so I placed an order on 10/20/2018. On 10/22/2018 the order is cancelled and refunded. I receive what appears to be an automated email stating it was cancelled at my request. Why would I cancel something that I've been searching for and need. I emailed them to ask why and received no response. I've called 3 times and only get voice mail. I do another search this evening and Dietary Depot pops up selling the towelettes. I go to place an order then realize they're the same website that cancelled my order last month. Well are they or aren't they available? I have no clue. I'm not a retailer so if there's a limit then they should communicate with you. I have always purchased them in large quantities. I'm a customer and have been using this wipes daily for years. I was thankful to find them instock only to have them cancel with no reason. And more disappointment seeing them on the website as I stock today. I posted a pick of the email I received notifying me that I cancelled, when it was clear that they did. I also attached a pick of the website showing they are in stock today, November 12,2918.

Good for Dieters!

I'm on a severely limited diet--can't have gluten, casein, or sugar. But Dietary Depot had BHU Fit Primal Protein bars, sweetened with Monk Fruit. And they were a good price. I was very happy to get some.

I bought from this place over others because it said free returns. That is not true, at least in my expirience anyway. I have been emailing Vicky at dietary depot everyday answering all their questions and sending photos regarding my order, and Yesterday I was told my message was being forwarded to the warehouse. I don't know what that has to do with getting a return label to send the product back. I contacted them on Monday and today is Friday, I also called twice and left messages. No one will initiate the return so I can get this product back, the only answer I got was this was this is what I ordered. Trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare. The product on thier website showed one bottle and I was sent a different one, different botanical name, not the same thing. The email to them this morning was that I will give them until 5 today before I call my card company and have them void the sale because this is ridiculous. I wasted so much time emailing back and forth with Vicki and every time my return request was ignored, and just disregarded and I was told that's what I ordered.
After a week of emails back and forth I have no more time for this, I wish they would have told me in the beginning on Monday they weren't going to return my order, so I could have skipped all this waste of time and answering all thier questions and sending photos if no one was going to do anything to help. I could have just called visa from the start.It should say No Returns online. I wish I could give no stars

Liars and cheaters

I ordered 4 bottles of Somnapure and paid for it. Received the confirmation email and about a week later I received the package. In there were 3 bottles instead of 4. I scanned their shipping note that clearly states that the package contains 3 bottles. I contacted their customer service and received an email stating that my message was forwarded to their warehouse for investigation and Im quoting their exact words in the email: Be rest assured we will send you missing quantity as soon as warehouse confirms this. Next email they are telling me that the mistake was made in their warehouse and that they will refund the cost of 1 bottle but will not fulfill my order as originally committed to. I recommend NOT TO DO Business with these incompetent liars and cheaters.

Waiting!

Purchased 1 bottle of magnesium on 7/24/17. It takes 3-5 days for arrival. An email was to be sent when order shipped! I NEVER received an email. Sent 2 emails out asking where is my order, not one message was sent to me answering my emails. I am currently STILL WAITING FOR MY MAGNESIUM PILLS. TODAY'S DATE 8/1/17 Very unsatisfied, no communication from the company at all. Never doing business with this Dietary Depot again. Refund my money or ship my product.

Review of Diatary Depot performance
January 10, 2019

Placed my order at 11:00am then received an email at 2:10pm saying the order was cancelled at my request and my payment was refunded. Since I didn't cancel, I sent them an email asking what happened. They responded that they had found a SKU error that resulted in a pricing error and encouraged me to order again, At that point I called my bank's credit card fraud # to let them know about the suspicious circumstances and they assured me they had not seen any refund notification or any other info from the company and let me start a fraud complaint. I sent the company an email letting them know about my fraud action and demanded they immediately send a cancellation of the charge to my bank. The company responded that the cancellation request was sent but that banks take days to process the requests. The charge was cancelled the next day! After seeing your other reviews about some of the manipulative practices of this company i'm certain my getting the charge cancelled was due to my quick and aggressive action. Thank you for asking me to provide feedback on this company.
