I have ordered LED bulbs in Light Source Color: Warm White but I have received all LED bulbs in Light Source Color: Yellow. I don't need any yellow bulbs; I asked them how can they replace these yellow ones for white ones; what I really ordered from them. Never got any response from them. I should have checked their reviews before ordering from them; all negative.

I did say that the seeds germinated and they grew a whopping less than 1/8" in 3 months and then died. I bought seeds from another company, planted them 3 weeks ago and they are already ½" tall and looking great. As for not answering emails, he did answer after he saw the review which was 18 days later. His excuse, planting season, too busy. Was it planting season in February when did not reply to my emails, ever.

See my previous comment on this users previous review, this person is blaming us for their poor gardening. Here is the text of their email:

"I purchased a bag of the above mentioned seeds from you in February. I planted the seeds in the pot inside the house and they sprouted nicely. They grew to about 1/8” and stayed green but never went further. Now they all died. Instead of watering them I was misting them with the misting spray bottle. Did that kill them."

So this person is admitting they only misted, didn't water, for 3 months... yet somehow our seeds are the problem?

Your failure to properly care for the plants after germination is on you, not us.

Their product is garbage and they don't respond to any attempts to contact them. They only list their customer service email address and never reply to numerous emails that I've sent them. Stay away from these crooks.

Here is the text of the ONE email you sent us.

From your own admission the seeds germinated perfectly fine, and their deaths after germination were most likely caused by failure to water deeply enough. It is wildly unfair to call our product garbage when you yourself admit that they germinated fine. Furthermore, you sent us exactly ONE email, not numerous, months after your original order and we responded within 3 business days, check your inbox. Your gardening errors are not our fault.

I ordered 4 bottles of Somnapure and paid for it. Received the confirmation email and about a week later I received the package. In there were 3 bottles instead of 4. I scanned their shipping note that clearly states that the package contains 3 bottles. I contacted their customer service and received an email stating that my message was forwarded to their warehouse for investigation and Im quoting their exact words in the email: Be rest assured we will send you missing quantity as soon as warehouse confirms this. Next email they are telling me that the mistake was made in their warehouse and that they will refund the cost of 1 bottle but will not fulfill my order as originally committed to. I recommend NOT TO DO Business with these incompetent liars and cheaters.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from these incompetent people
