Excellent service and effort to send the order out in time. Despite not able to present the gift during a cruise. In all fairness it was my fault due to change of the design in the middle of customisation. How ever the customer was above what was expected. One thing would suggest, the certificate should be printed in some sort of an elegant physical document and not an email. However, thank you much for the effort on attempting to deliver the item on time. The ring is beautiful and can't wait to present it in our anniversary.

This business is a joke. They don't even have an office number. When you call *******065, which is the number posted on their webpage, you get a recording of someone constantly saying "hello." You can not select any options to be transferred to someone real. Stay away from these people.
