The jewelry is beautiful and my girlfriend (now fiance) loves it, but immediately after ordering I get an email trying to convince me to change the ring material for an upcharge and the site later told me my order was delayed but after email customer service I was assured it would arrive on time and it did. The site never updated me on whether or not it was shipped either.

We were looking for unique wedding rings for him and found Diamondere. We found 'the one' and placed our order. Wasn't expecting follow-up emails but was glad to hear from them. Their concern for proper sizing since they actually custom make their rings was awesome. You don't find customer service like that anymore especially through mail order. They keep you updated on the building steps and then shipped it in a beautiful box (inside a basic UPS box) and required signature from me so secure delivery is a very important since my ring was not expensive but still don't wanna his ring to get lost.
