The only downside was that I had ordered a ring for a specific occasion and needed it by a certain time. I ordered a few weeks in advance for that reason and unfortunately received the product late. I ordered a beautiful ring and got one. Be carful though, on the delivery side I hot an email from a fake ups asking for me to reput my address and pay using my card but that's not dimondair's falt.
I'm 16, so this is my first time buying jewelry or anything expensive in general. The ring is very nice and I'm going to use the ring to propose to my pregnant girlfriend.
I have had my new sapphire bracelet for a couple weeks now and love it! The carat weight ended up being smaller than originally thought (although the bracelet dimensions didn't change). Diamondere emailed me to let me know and provided a credit to the cost as a result. That was nice, it demonstrates their honest and straight forwardness. I was a little frustrated with 3 shipping delays, not because I am impatient but because of having to reset my schedule to be home to sign for the delivery, but now that I have the bracelet and like it so much that it doesn't bother me any longer. I will buy again from Diamondere, already been thinking about what's next.

Had a great experience! Have never purchased a ring before and after careful consideration of different sites and local Jewelers, I went with Diamondere. They were attentive with my questions. Don't fear the shipping process. The status section on your order may not update as you would like but someone does reach out to let you know about shipping and they provide a tracking number. I was also given the option to have the ring help at my local FedEx. Which was convenient since I live with the recipient. Lol. It was a beautiful ring, she loved it! I definitely recommend and no doubt will make future purchases from Diamondere.
