I am very pleased with my purchase from Diamondere. The product is exactly what I requested. I have not independently tested the diamond or the ring material for quality control but I don't think there is anything about my purchasing experience that would make me worry about being ripped off. I was pleased to know that the diamond industry uses grading reports so I could view every aspect of the diamond I cared about before purchasing.
The only hiccup in the whole process was that the ring came in a box that was slightly damaged from shipping. Not a big deal though and it isn't exactly in Diamondere's control to prevent that from happening. The smaller box that holds the ring was undamaged and looks beautiful.
Overall experience and transparency with going with black gold was solid and appreciated. Ordered the ring on 7/29 and proposed on 10/17. It looked perfect upon arrival and I understood that the coating may not last. However, within 24 hours of her wearing the ring the majority of the coating on the band is gone. Still, the ring does look great, just expected the black to last a bit longer than it did. She loves the ring and I wanted to wait for her take on it before posting the review. Thank you for the overall solid ring, but maybe take another look into the coating process.
I love the ring. I can't wait to give it up my partner. I gave 4 stars because of UPS. Getting the ring shipped was stressful. UPS attempted to deliver two times and required a signature. I didn't want to miss the 3rd delivery, so I had to take off work.

I got exactly what I intended to purchase and am well satisfied with it. I loved the personal touch given by simply asking the buyer via email who it was for and the reason for purchasing. I felt that they acutally care about what you're doing beyond just buying.

It's absolutely perfect and gorgeous. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that since it requires a signature on delivery, not getting any info till "out for delivery" right before it arrived could have been a problem. Fortunately I was home at the time. Having notice to be able to make sure I was there would have been better. Absolutely no regrets and will be highly recommended.
I have never purchased jewelry from Diamondere, and I was a bit hesitant on what to expect in terms of quality... after receiving the ring for my wife - the quality is superb and she was thrilled! Diamondere even provided a certificate of authenticity verifying that the stones are genuine. I had the ring appraised by a jeweler and they appraised the ring at a similar price I paid for it. Diamondere provided constant email updates on shipping and even after shipment - they sent an email to confirm I had received and inspected the jewelery. That's service above expectations!
