First time using the service. So far so good. Did have a few technology issues with ability to see messages between myself and the designer. Appears to be a time lag so patience is required. Excellent stable of talent. My experience with Zarin Waishi was exceptional.

Going through the logo design challenge process on DesignHill was very rewarding. I was recommended by a friend and we had so much fun watching and helping our design change and grow. I had no idea what I wanted in my social media page design for matchmaking and dating services. I was actually looking for a Facebook page design. The Designhill's Designers helped me a lot and submit around 41 designs within a few days of launching my project.

I am out their design fee plus installation $2800. 00 of graphics they designed. I now have to pay $2800. 00 for re-installation of new design that I had to pay a different firm to re-design. They admitted the files were bad but offered 15% off their fee. Not to mention I have been paying on a van for (4) months that is still not ready and has not been assigned due to their mistake. Their support is joke numerous times we tried to contact them or designer contact them but no response. What a joke. Stay far away from this company. There should be an option for negative stars I would be on that side!
Design Hill is a great source for finding quality graphic designers. I was on a budget, and they delivered some good people. I had a lot of designs to choose from. The person whose design I selected was professional, responsive and easy to work with. My experience was a positive one!

The site is a must-go place for a graphic designer. Many unique options are available, and some of them are unique to the site. The interface can be a tad confusing at the first glance, but once the ball starts rolling and a couple of projects complete, you will get the hang of it.
As a graphic designer I have been on this website for several years and I am pleased and will continue doing projects on it as long as possible.

My second project with Design Hill. While this contest did not yield as many entries, we were able to secure a logo we all loved, chosen from several good options. The early entries were not very good at all as the designer didn't read the brief. Maybe they can take more time to understand the project. Ultimately, however, we found several good designs and were very happy with the process.
The experience with DesignHill was so positive. I was seeking a logo and receiving over 130 design ideas and they were all terrific. It was difficult to select the final one because of the overall quality of the work. I would highly recommend this process!

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband for Christmas on 11/30/21 and received a message on 12/1 that it had been processed and shipped. They charged my credit card and I waited. And waited. When I contacted them, got the run around and as of 1/3/2022, no refund and no product. Terrible experience with customer service, just around and around and around with no result. Stay away! You will just be throwing your money away.
After multiple weeks and requests I am forced to publicly claim bad service.
My creative brief and contest was not bribing my the right designer. I asked for support from Lucy. When I was told yes they would help I have a date and time with my zoom number to contact me. No one did. I asked for a refund June 12. Repeatedly I was ignored. I filed three requests and finally got a release form which they delayed sending me. This caused the refund clock to not start. I have asked over and over for my refund and none has been paid
I am very pleased with my purchase. The site is filled with many styles to chose from to fit any business. I am glad that I stayed with my decision to purchase my logo from DesignHill. Don't look any further for a company to design your logo, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Looking forward to doing business with this company again. I will be telling people about this company.
This approach is by far the best way to get multiple designs from different perspectives at a fraction of the cost. The original design team that I was going to use wanted to charge me three times as much for only two designs and a limited number of revisions. Design Hill overcomes this limitation by offering more designs by great designers, more revisions, at a cost that is reasonable.
Cannot believe an amazing quality of response that I got in my quest to get a Logo design for my Business. I was blown away by the range of designs, freshness, originality and creativity that the professionals provided to me. It was a tough choice to pick just one winner. I am also pleased by the seamless Design Hill Process of finding, selecting, gaining and transferring the design logo I was looking for. I did not know this service existed until I stumbled across it. I was able to receive 50+ t championship sweatshirt designs for my team in a few days. I was able to send out a poll and let them vote on their favorite designs. Well worth it for me.

It seems that the printing company has generated the print’s using incorrect file format as they would have not used AI format for printing. The designer completed the project successfully
