Personally as a designer, I have found this platform the best from all the others our there... FL, PPH, DC, etc. I've been on them all (and left them) but DH takes the cake! So far I haven't let any client down & the reviews they leave are encouraging. I hope to be on here for a long time.

Using Designhill to design a logo for our non-profit, Pets Bring Joy - Catnip Haven, was a wonderful experience! The only negative was that I found their website to be a bit confusing at times, but the customer support staff was always happy to help, and the talent that they attract is amazing. Got a research logo for breeding Bioinformatics consultants. Designhill is very good platform to get in touch with many designers to work out a logo fitting to your needs. The project page needs some more tools such sort designs aside instead of being forced to eliminate them, to keep track of the best designs. But overall very happy. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!
As a designer I highly recommend using different platform to make money like 99 designs. This site is so poorly made, they make out a number of reasons not to pay to the designers and the support is beyond bad.

First time using the service. So far so good. Did have a few technology issues with ability to see messages between myself and the designer. Appears to be a time lag so patience is required. Excellent stable of talent. My experience with Zarin Waishi was exceptional.

Going through the logo design challenge process on DesignHill was very rewarding. It gave us the opportunity to choose from many different options from many different designers for a very reasonable cost. That's not something that you would typically be able to do. I was recommended by a friend and we had so much fun watching and helping our design change and grow. I had no idea what I wanted in my social media page design for matchmaking and dating services. I was actually looking for a Facebook page design. The Designhill's Designers helped me a lot and submit around 41 designs within a few days of launching my project.

I am out their design fee plus installation $2800. 00 of graphics they designed. I now have to pay $2800. 00 for re-installation of new design that I had to pay a different firm to re-design. They admitted the files were bad but offered 15% off their fee. Not to mention I have been paying on a van for (4) months that is still not ready and has not been assigned due to their mistake. Their support is joke numerous times we tried to contact them or designer contact them but no response. What a joke. Stay far away from this company. There should be an option for negative stars I would be on that side!
