Just like the other reviews that I wish I had read before placing my order, they basically don't have customer service. I placed an order a few weeks ago and want to return two of the t-shirts. As of today, I have sent 4 emails and NO ONE has responded. They advertise that returns are allowed but require that you send them an email only for them to not respond. If I don't hear back from them in the next few days, I'm going to contact consumer affairs.
I ordered a tee shirt Jan. 10,2021. It arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the T-shirt itself was good. The graphic of the cat falling through a pocket was not. It had a noticeable light streak through it. I emailed twice giving them 2 weeks each time to respond. Other than an immediate email each time, acknowledging my query and saying it might be quite a while before they could get back to me, I have yet to hear anything. It's been at least a 6 wks. I'm sorry I ordered without doing my homework first. There was no place to leave a review on their website that I could find. It's too bad because the designs are fun and different.

Have ordered almost 20 shirts/hoodies from them over the years and they used to be phenomenal. A little pricey but hey you get what you pay for. The last 2 orders though were waaaaay off from what they used to be. I had ordered a t shirt and a hoodie back around Christmas time. The hoodie came out great, but the shirt had almost no print on it. I called them and they reimbursed me so it wasn't a big deal. This time, I ordered 4 shirts from them, and ALL of them have crappy prints. Extremely blurring and double print lines on all of them, almost like they ran out of ink and had to re-print them but didn't get the stencil lined up right. I'm done, this company is too expensive to not have better quality control in place.
I've been wanting to order from them for a long time, but decided to finally go for it when they had a "buy one, get one 50% sale". I just got them in the mail today and so far I really like them. They seem true to size. I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs and typically wear a large in womens. I was dubious about sizing, so I ordered a man's L perfect fit tee and a woman's 2X scoop neck (I'd rather have something too baggy than too small). The men's L fits perfectly and the 2xl fits like a 2xl should - so I'm guessing a woman's L would have fit me just right. I haven't washed them, but if they don't hold up to my expectations (shrinkage, fading, etc), I will update this review. The only negative thing I have to say is that one of the designs appears less vibrant than on the site, but, as an amateur photographer, I can understand that. It still looks great.

I think the company is a sham. Operating only in a small residential area with no fixed address in the website. Stay away from this company. Worse nightmare if you buy stuff from them. I's a fake company.
I've just received 3 shirts, two of which are graduation gifts. They're huge and the print quality is terrible. It's as though they ran out of ink - on all 3 shirts. Disappointing. The sizes are also massive, which is not at all what I expected based on their sizing chart. I can try to shrink the shirts in the dryer, but I'm concerned about the print. Not professional looking at all. I will not be buying any more shirts from them, which is a shame because their science tees are fun. Disappointed - and not sure how the recipient will feel when she sees the prints.
Firstly, the t shirt quality is absolute $#*!, within 2 months it will probably be full of holes and falling apart, secondly the colour order was wrong, the website gives you a false idea of how the image will look, mine looks faded and not as crisp as the website led me to believe.
Lastly it took about 8 months to be delivered.
I believe the artworks look amazing and the artist really have talent. But the actual product is horrible.
Don't buy stuff from designbyhumans! I've waited 2 1/2 months for 4 Shirts, 2 of them with the lowest quality possible, after a few texts they've sent me a new one with the same $#*!ty quality and won't answer my mails since then. They have really nice designs but unfortunately it isn't worth it.
Ordered a tank top 4.5 weeks ago (Easter gift) international shipping (2-4 weeks shipping thought I would have plenty of time to get it have not recieved this item contacted "customer support " ask for refund they will not do anything for another 7 days wth?!?!
Print is the worse quality i have seen in my life and i buy a lot of anime shirts. I am shocked that someone actually let this shirt get shipped. I will never order from here again. There are other websites for anime shirts. They also have horrible customer service. It can take weeks until you hear from someone regarding a return. Its 2021, they should have a better return system put in place. My print of Hisoka has many dark lines. Its hard to tell by the picture but in person the shirt is unwearable.
As the title suggests, I ordered a number of clothing articles to be sent to Australia by DBH. I was promised my order would be sent within the week after contacting them at the start of December, but that was clearly a lie. DBH claims that the delay was due to "printing facility was a little backed up and it has caused our processing times to increase."
I don't care if your backed up, a heads on your website would be nice. By not notifying the customer of delays outside of the Covid Normal (a week or two at most), DBH is (in my opinion, based upon my experience) clearly saying "Money is more important to us than customer experience". I now need to go running around locally to try to find a bunch of Christmas presents.
In conclusion, DBH is not worth the premium amount you are paying for. You will not receive any greater level customer service compared to other platforms. Reading over the reviews, it appears that the print quality has dropped which might be a bullet dodged anyway.
Disappointing, misleading and left waiting. What a experience.
I paid $25 for t-shirts that I wouldn't pay $5 for. The ink is so faded on the shirts that they look like they have been washed 100 times. I put the black shirt next to a black tv remote and it looked gray and faded in comparison. The shirts are thin as well.
I've ordered quite a few shirts from DBH in the past for myself and my son. Recently, I ordered a shirt for my wife and it didn't fit. I looked up their exchange policy and contacted them using their online customer service form within the time provided for exchanges and followed all instructions for exchanges. There was an automated ZenDesk response with a request number and then nothing.
After a two weeks I tried responding to the ZenDesk e-mail to check on the status. No response.
It has been almost a month and still no response from customer service. I don't expect all companies to have the service and response times of Amazon, but this is ridiculous.
I can no longer trust ordering from DBH.
I was sent the wrong size tshirt and they say they can't send me the correct size since it was a limited time item. I am very disappointed to miss out on the tshirt I wanted because of their error.
Lowest quality Tshirts, all cotton but weird cut/shape, cheap stitching! My Tshirt came to me with the sleevse stitched to the midback creating a huge wrinkle. They accepted the return but I had to pay $14 return shipping for a defective product. I will not try them again!
Ordered a sweater on October 8th and were already in December and i still haven't gotten anything. No response when trying to find out where my stuff is. If you're buying something from the store expect it to be a russian roulette game- you'll never know if itll even come to you or not. R E T A R D E D
I ordered a mousemat from lirik, turned up with wrong postage took 7 weeks to turn up and had to pay customs charges coz they couldnt be bothered to work out the postage, customer service was like well in the small print its says we dont work out customs charges i had to pay an extra $20.
When I was buying their products they were great as in posting and arrival good quality stuff, BUT i had to send back for resizing and haven't Hurd from them since so now they have my money and my cloths and I can't get hold of them! I've sent number of emails and no response and there is no contact number so be aware when buying from this sight I'm now $250 down
I am so sad to write a poor review for this website as I originally loved the concept but the service I received is probably the worst I have ever experienced with an online merchant. In short:
- I ordered for $700 of tshirts for Christmas gifts early November
- The first package "got lost" so they sent a replacement package in December
- I got it this time but 4 items had issues (wrong sizes, bad prints etc.)
- A replacement order was made to send me correct items
- 20 days later I got the replacement package. 3 out of the 4 t-shirts had the same exact problem as the first bacth
- Today, I got the 2nd replacement package and again, 2 out of the 3 problematic items are still wrong
- Dealing with their customer service is sooooooo slow (you have to wait for 5 business days on average to get a response) and they don't seem bothered at all with all the mistakes and problems.
- It really feels like they don't care whether you get your orders on time or at all. After 4 months, I still don't have all of my Christmas gifts.
- Cherry on the cake, while the designs are cool, it looks like the t-shirts are of very poor quality. 3 of mine have shrinked to a crazy extent after 1 very delivate wash.
I'm so disappointed.
Answer: Maybe COVID-19 has impacted their business. Don't know if they are jerks as that would mean I've been able to have some contact with someone at the company. That is the issue, there is a complete lack of customer service. A request for an exchange requires first digging up the policy on their website and filling in an online form. But after an initial automated acknowledgment, there is no response. For over a month, even with multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received a single communication from this company.
Answer: Not sure at this point. Never sent my order as of 3 weeks.
Answer: If opening a store involves their customer service coming between you and your customers, I would say stay away. Their lack of customer service has led me to stop buying from DBH.
