I've purchase from DBH up through May this year. Never had an issue with getting my orders. Quality is hit or miss, but no major complaints. But if you need to make a return or an exchange... good luck. I have an exchange request, made according to their stated policies that I had to look up on their website, which has gone nearly a month with no response other than an automated ZenDesk acknowledgement when I first submitted it. Efforts to follow up by e-mail or by submitting subsequent web-contact forms have been ignored.
It isn't worth the hassle to deal with DBH. There are many alternatives that offer at least a semblance of customer service.
