We had a trial. We were told it's easy to cancel. Called the rep and told him we were not interested in keeping this service. He said that he would take care of it. I called a few days later to follow up. NO RETURN CALL! Checked with billing department. GUESS WHAT? It was NOT CANCELLED! Finally got someone to cancel it. Had to cancel my account at the bank to make sure. Then received an ugly email a few days later about how we didn't fit their program and they were gonna cancel us. Did a YELP review and Yelp pulled the review. Guess the truth hurts.
FELLOW DENTAL COLLEGUES
GOOD LUCK TRYING TO CANCEL DEMANDFORCE... MY EXPERIENCE IS WHEN THEY KNOW YOU WANT OUT THEY DO WHAT EVER TO KEEP CHARGING YOU. EVEN IF YOU SEND EMAIL DOCS TO DO SO THEY AGREE TO ONE THING THEN PLAY LEGAL. SO MUCH FOR A GOOD COMPANY THAT USED TO BE DENTAL AND PROF. SCENTRIC NOW JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER BIG CORP. WATCH THEY WILL SPAM TO GET RID OF HONEST REVIEW AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCES. GET REP TO PUT ALL INWRITING AND SEE IF THEY DO?
They asked for my review and I rated the establishment a 1 star and negative review and it wouldn't show it. I tried it a couple times and it didn't work. I noticed all the reviews were positive they don't accept negative reviews. YELP posted my review.
We kept having Pts miss appointments and when we started asking why they said they got an email that said their appointment got canceled. We had no idea what was going on until we started seeing the emails being sent from demand force to our Pts. When we contacted Demandforce they told us it wasn't them and that we couldn't cancel. Finally after telling them that it creates legal issues with Medicare they agreed to stop emailing however we had to pay for another year. So that means that we have to pay for a system that is leaving us open to federal Pt abandonment legal issues.
I was unsure if this product would really help with getting more patients in, but after working with them for 4 months I have seen a difference. We get 1-3 people from the yelp feature.

Our company was recently scamed to sign up with Demand Force. We were told if we did not make a 3 to 1 ratio we would not be billed. Our account has been billed numerous times. When we call they say they will refund the money but never do. Collin our Account executive never responds to anything. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY you will regret it. They promise the world but really it sucks. Now I am battling to get out of a year subscription when I was never told I signed up for a year.
Hi Summer,
Thanks for letting us know. We just wanted to let you know that we grow only from feedback, so thank you. Since the time you have left this review, we have made a lot of great improvements to Demandforce. We would love for you to check it out at Demandforce.com!
Tried two other systems for my veterinary hospital and still went back to DemandForce. Still the best.
Thank you for coming back to Demandforce and sharing your thoughts!
Their program hasn't work with my quick books for 8 months. Demand Force said they would refund my money. They did not and ignored my phone and emails. You can decide the rest!
The optometrist office I work at uses DemandForce to communicate with patients about upcoming appointments, order status, etc. It has some degree of integration with our eHR program, which itself isn't great, so of course all those functions are pretty unreliable, and the user interface on our end is pretty difficult to navigate. I really only directly interact with DemandForce software by using their two-way texting service to communicate with patients. They have a desktop app called DemandForce Live that I have to use, since it's the only way I can, in theory, see incoming texts as they arrive. However, on seemingly random days, it will simply not display incoming texts for up to half an hour. Their web app generally has the same problem when the desktop app does. So a patient will say "I am here for my appointment," and wait for a response, and it will never come. We have permanently lost some patients because of this. Last time this happened I called tech support the next day, but they said they could do nothing about it, and refused to escalate the call, since I could not reproduce the issue there and then while on the phone with them. I guess being able to at least sometimes receive texts is good enough. It was very frustrating. Apart from that issue, the desktop app regularly crashes, closes the window as you're reading it, and requires a very unintuitive series of mouse clicks to get back to the text conversation you were reading. My limited use of their other services on the demandforce.com website would indicate they have similarly obnoxious user interfaces. I would strongly recommend against paying this tech company to use it's poorly designed software. Two stars because sometimes, their stuff does work, so it could be worse.

Hi Wayne, we are so glad that Marquis on the Customer Success team has been a great help! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review :)
We had demand force for a number of years. Demand force lost the ability to integrate with our EHR, and we lost patients. I had to call cancel my service, and due to our contract, they decided to go ahead and charge us for the remaining time on our contract! DO NOT USE THEM! THERE ARE OTHER, MUCH BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!
Hi Scott – we apologize for not meeting your needs. However, we are always making improvements and have made some changes since you last wrote this review. Check us out at demandforce.com!
Demandforce is a scam with auto renew contracts that will follow you to the grave! Run as far away as possible!
Reputation management put up negative reviews then call the next few days to see if you want to use the service.
Hi Mike M, Demandforce does offer an extensive reputation management program, however, we are not in the business of putting up fake reviews on business profiles to win their service. I am apologize for the negative reviews your business received, but it simply was not Demandforce that added those. I will send you a private message as well if you would like us to look into the reviews you did receive to see if we can help. Thank you!
Joel was great! Answered all my questions quickly and easily.
Stay away from Demandforce. They are not a honest company at all.We signed a contract with Demandforce. Our rep never set anything up for us for weeks so we couldn't even fully try this system. The trial period was for 60 days. We called several times and left messages and didn't get any call backs to find out why we were forgotten and not even given the chance to get started. We finally got through and told them we wanted to cancel because there was no customer service.
A supervisor begged us to give her a chance to make it good. That was a laugh and a half. She promised to get back to us to give us the new ending date of the extended trial, because we never really got a full try. We never got that date or even a phone call after that. We decided the customer service was so bad that we didn't want to deal with a company like this so we called to cancel. We left over 10 phone messages and NEVER did she return our call. We then realized they didn't intend to until the date of the trial was over. At that time we never received an ending date. That was one of the reason we called so many times. When we finally got through they said the ending date was a week ago. Well it was nice of them to NOT LET US KNOW. How convenient. They have charge my credit card for 4 months and we are fighting to get it back through the banks. Take my advice Don't even try Damandforce. They are not worth it. Go to a reputable company because this one is not one. They are not worth the anger and frustration they cause people. As far as I am concerned dishonest companies are nothing but a scam. BEWARE. When a rep tells you one thing and you take is as being correct and then the supervisor says "I have no control what a rep says and I don"t care. If it is not in writing you have no case." A contract is a contract even if it is a verbal one. That is the law. How any company can get away with working this way I don"t know. This was a huge mistake to even try Demandforce. I tell this story because I want companies out there to BEWARE! Stay away.
We've been listening to feedback and over the years have made a lot of great improvements to Demandforce since this review. We would love for you to check it out at Demandforce.com!
BEWARE DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH DEMAND FORCE!
This review is in regards to our relationship with Demand Force in which we requested to be terminated. They have agreed to terminate however we must continue to pay them through the end of the year a hefty monthly fee for services we do not want! They refuse to allow us to truly terminate using their services.
Upon agreeing to utilize demand forces services, we were given a verbal agreement that we could terminate at any time if we were unsatisfied with the services. Once we tried to terminate the agreement we were told this was not the case and forced to stay with demand force until the one-year was up. We have been manipulated into using your services, which is an unethical business practice.
We were approached late last year by a demand force sales person and we VERY hesitant to use their services. We already have a similar service in which we pay $300 a month for we couldnt see the value in paying an additional $325 a month for essentially the same thing. We were given a sales pitch highlighting all they have to offer yet we were still hesitant. Demand Force agreed to give us 2 months complimentary and then 10 months of service in which we could cancel at any time. This was the ONLY reason we decided to give it a try since we were told it was no obligation.
Their contract was very vague and they now insist they never agreed to those terms and we are stuck with them till the end of the year.
The MOST troubling issues we are having with demand force is that it is slowing down our entire system and causing great delays during our workday. We have clients waiting to check out or make an appointment because our computer is so slow. This was not an issue prior to installing the demand force software. Demand Force refuses to take any responsibility for this even though we have had several technicians confirm this is what is causing our system to be bogged down so much.
Answer: No, Nextech is in no way affiliated with Demandforce
Answer: Hi Bill, Thank you for reaching out. If you can please give me your Demandforce account number I will have your Customer Success Representative call you soon!
Answer: Yes we do. Would you like to set up a demo on our reputation boost platform?
Answer: The company has to send you the link to be able to review them. Example: You go in their office for a dental appointment. After you receive services, they send you a review request to your email address. If they do not have an email address on file for you, you will not get a review request. You must be in their system to receive this type of communication.
Answer: Terri - Saw you question and would be glad to assist you with some solutions for your business with a variety of different options. You can email me at john.rpmproductions@gmail.com with your contact information and I'll be glad to make contact with you.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Demandforce. We love our customers and do respect those who want to cancel after their contract has ended. Thank you for sharing your experience and letting us know about this, I have privately messaged you so I can learn more about this situation.
