I ordered from Decorflows the 1st time this month. Ordered a recliner and a few days later I saw the chair on sale for less. Its was a difference of $80.00. I placed a call and was given the difference back immediately. Since then I wanted a kitchen set but the one I liked had no weight limit. I did get the set and really love it. There customer service was great and in this day and age that's hard to find. I would definitely buy more from them and pass the word to family and friends

Long story short, I ordered and paid for an item on this site. One month later, it finally arrives but it is damaged. They do not answer the phone or emails. Do not use them. I have reached out them several times to pick up this damaged product. No response yet after several days. This site is not trustworthy. They can't be based out of Florida because a foreign guy is the only on that calls. Do not use and Google needs to take them down from thier list of shopping vendors.

Long story short, I ordered and paid for an item on this site. One month later, it finally arrives but it is damaged. They do not answer the phone or emails. Do not use them. I have reached out them several times to pick up this damaged product. No response yet after several days. This site is not trustworthy. They can't be based out of Florida because a foreign guy is the only on that calls. Do not use and Google needs to take them down from thier list of shopping vendors.

We ordered 4 barstools in August and were told they were on backorder but would ship by mid September. They charged our account immediately. When we tried multiple times to follow up on status of order we could not get through to a live person, and no one ever returned our calls or emails. This place is a total sham, scam, scumbag operation! Don't place any orders unless you want to be ripped off.

The bed I bought arrived with a big gash in the upholstery. I have been emailing and calling since Sunday (it is now Friday) and nothing. I read other people's experiences and have seen very little to no help from the company for glaring problems. I seriously regret buying from them.

The worst company ever, don't even think about ordering from them. I placed an order for 3 sets of chair, never received them, I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card. Other order I placed the same time, I received only one chair instead of two, now it says on the website that they refunded the price of the other chair but they didn't. I would have to dispute it again. Baaad

Ordered a $1,400.00 table and was told it would ship on 09/07/18. After numerous emails and phones calls to find out the order status, I still have received no updates on the order. Phone calls go directly to voicemail and emails remain unanswered. Also, no business address is listed -- very suspect. Wish I knew this before I ordered and also read the reviews from this site before ordering.

Ordered a bed frame. Got en email stating they were actually out of stock and said they would keep the order open. Weeks go by... I look at my order status online and see that it's listed as "refunded". I checked my credit card page. It wasn't refunded. Emailed them... nothing. Called every extension through their ph tree, no answer. Left message no call back. Then I see this review site... OMG These positive reviews are clearly fake. And even the 5 star reviews haven't received their orders...

I've filed a dispute with the CC co. This company needs to die. The owners need to be arrested.

This is an elaborate scam. A fake business that does not have legit customer service, sales, etc. They also hide who owns the company so that they cannot be held accountable. Save yourself the headache and don't bother with these scumbags.

Ordered an item that was deeply discounted on the website (wooden chairs) only to receive a completely different product from the same manufacturer (seat back cushion in some random color) that was actually OVERPRICED. No one ever answers the 1800 number on the website to resolve. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a bar stool for $46 and was instead sent a white, flimsy, child's-size folding chair instead. I have attempted to contact Decor Flows via phone, email and requesting a return via their website. I received an email from Patrick asking for photos of the incorrect merchandise I received. I promptly sent the photos as requested. To date, I have not heard anything back from Decor Flows regarding my order.

No one calls back per the voicemails I've left and no response from Patrick via email. I am currently dealing with the cleanup of Hurricane Michael in FL, so you can imagine this just put the icing on the cake.

I have the chair in it's original box that was sent via FedEx. The address the merchandise came from is: 8631 Pole Lane, Suite: C, Olive Branch, MS ******* (in the event anyone wants to write or return their merchandise).

To anyone thinking of ordering from this website, DON'T! It's a scam. You will either get the incorrect merchandise or not receive any product at all. Nor will you get the issue rectified. Spend a little more elsewhere, through a reputable company.

Decorflows is not a business. They are a scammer. I ordered merchandise was advised that the product was backordered, my credit card was charged, and no merchandise was ever received. Total scam. They will not respond to any emails.

I ordered a bedfrane and two night stands... paid already for them MAY 10th... 3 months later, I have still not received them or any call back. SCAM company I must dispute charges now.

I never received the product I ordered and paid for. After they stopped communicating, a month later I disputed the charge at my credit card company. They disputed the charge back with falsifying an email I send to them the month before. This company might be legit in the past, it's a SCAM now for sure

In my entire adult life, I have never had a worse experience. They sent me the wrong products and no one answers their customer service line or returns voicemails.

Tip for consumers:
This site appears to offer great prices and value. Don't order from this site. Its awful. No one answers the customer service line.

I bought a vanity that didn't last 2 weeks. The sink fell into the cabinet. I have not been able to get through to anyone, and have been waiting for a call back for a week. I have left my number four times. I went back and read reviews, thinking I missed something, and realized that most of them were written before the products arrived.

Be aware, go away! Do not buy from them!

I placed a order, 10 days later no info about it, contact them via email... Response was your item is not available, requested refund@ months later and nothing! They do not answer the phone and do not respond emails anymore... ITS SCAM! BE AWARE!

This company charged my card for something that was back ordered after they said they wouldn't... then when the product is in they never shipped it. They won't return calls or emails. I'm having to dispute a $611 charge. Beware

Scam is right! I purchased a light that was falsely represented on their website. I now can not get ahold of ANYONE. They won't call or email me back, so I'm stuck with a light that was over $300 that I'm unable to use.

I didn't realize fake businesses set up such elaborate schemes including fully functioning website, order confirmation emails, voicemail setup, twitter account, facebook account, self-created 3rd party customer review website, etc. Anyway, I was searching for the lowest price for a particular coffee table and came across this site via Google. They even had a discount for what I was looking for setup! For 1.5 months I could log into my account on their website and see that my product was "awaiting shipment". The site's faq page suggested all items ship within a couple weeks of purchase. I never received notification of the estimated shipping date and followed up with them during normal business hours several times over email and via phone and would receive no response -- just got a voicemail. When I realized I was scammed, I reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I'm waiting to hear back on whether or not I'll get that charge refunded. Can't believe I was duped! The company doesn''t exist -- in fact today their website and facebook pages are down.

Do not purchase from Decorflows. They do not have customer service. Try calling their number, no one will answer or call you back. They must be writing fake reviews to keep their rating high. Beware!

If I could have left a 0 I would have! I have called multiple times (during regular business hours) and have left messages. No response back and at this point I just want to cancel my order. Will never shop here again and would never reccomend. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!

Doesn't matter if the price is low if they never send you the product! Stay far far away. Now off to ensure that I actually get the money back they charged me. What a joke

I purchased this bed frame from DecorFlows on January 10th 2018. They immediately charged my credit card the amount of $1367. 99. The product was delivered 2 MONTHS later on April 7th, with no communication on when it would arrive. The best part? It was DAMAGED.

One of the legs was cut incorrectly and did not fit within the bed frame, making the bed frame useless. I immediately emailed the company with photos of the incorrect leg on April 7th. I believe that mistakes happen and given the chance, people will make it right. I WAS WRONG.

After calling, leaving messages, and checking back they finally emailed back one month later on July 3rd, with "Thank you for the notification. We reached to our supplier several weeks and our records show that a part had been shipped out. We're following up with our supplier and we'll update you shortly."

After not hearing back, I followed up AGAIN and received on August 3rd the same generic response. I called NO RESPONSE. I've emailed again, NO RESPONSE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

My regret is trying to resolve it directly with the vendor versus just contesting the charge on my credit card right away. Now, my window to do so has closed, and I've paid $1367. 99 for a bed frame that does not stand.

WE'RE ARE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR.
I have NEVER had a worse experience in my life. And I never leave negative reviews, but please please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order (August 1st) with them and they NEVER shipped the item. They aren't returning phone calls or emails. Literally the worst customer service experience ever. Now i'll have to dispute the charges because it looks like i'll never get my package smh. Stay far far far away from them.

UPDATE 8/30

Today they shipped the same item I have called and left multiple voicemails about NOT sending to me in the first place. Now the website is saying that I would have to not only PAY to ship the item back but I also would incur a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping it to me in the first place. Definitely reporting this business to the BBB.
